Acceptable standard.

Location.

Stuffy room, temperature could not be regulated. A bit noisy. Not too bad. High priced IMO.

Don‘t go there!

Terrible. Old. Loud. Smelly. A total deaster for >300 USD /night. A real old Motel. No noise isolation at all. Walls and floors paper-thin, vibrating with every step. A smell like a mix from hospital and real old carpet with everything in it. More than disappointing.

Friendly staff and very comfortable beds

Beds were very comfortable, linens were of nice quality and did not feel cheap. Breakfast had good options and they had a great latte / cappuccino machine.

Nice stay in Carmel.

Loved the waffles at breakfast, the view from our room as well as upgraded amenities in the room.

Walls too thin and could hear next door and maids outside.

Good budget accommodation in great location but quite noisy

Staff were friendly and it’s an excellent location. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Walls are very thin and we could hear people talking next door. Unfortunately, they had an early start and showered at 5:30 in the morning which was very noisy.

It's a great location and the staff was very friendly. We also appreciated that breakfast was included.

The room was pretty small - barely room to open our suitcases.

Great location, everything’s within walking distance.

The room was OK- looked better & brighter online. There’s no central air, only a fan. And the room smelled mildewy/humid the entire stay. Front desk lady was decent enough upon arrival but when asked why she needed a card on file when everything is already paid for, she just said “incidentals”. Thanks lady. No complimentary water/refill station. Breakfast was edible, not sure about sanitary. The room card/keys did not work properly. Had to ask grounds keep for assistance twice.

Dark and cold.

Power was out and the kitchen was closed.

The power went out on Thursday evening, no lights, no hot water. This is understandable given the storms. However, I had to be in court all day on Friday. When I returned that evening, electricity was still out. I checked out to find another hotel with power and the manager/owner told me she was going to charge me for Friday night!!!! Not a way to run a business. In fact, given the power was out Thursday night, I should not have been charged either night.

We would stay here again. it was cute, clean and comfortable.

we loved how cute is was and how close it was to everything!

the only negatives were the parking (there are no saved spots for the inn parking guest) & the noise. You hear everything. Thankfully the the room came with a sound machine.

The location was great and the hotel was very quaint and clean. Parking was right on site so that was good. The breakfast was very good. Niced to have.
