I missed the biscuits and gravy but, would stay again. Thanks!

The breakfast was plentiful, hearty, and good. It was definitely worth a second helping. I appreciated getting to breakfast early and avoiding long lines for the food items. The staff person was very efficient and polite.

I was looking forward to biscuits and gravy. I preferred the links over the sausage patties. The coffee wasn't near as strong as I like it even though it was supposed to be the "bold," flavor. The toaster was a bit slow and didn't pop up automatically.

It’s a great place for rest after a day of traveling. And the breakfast was great to start the day with!

It was situated in the city near shopping centers and restaurants.

There were some vehicles there in the back parking lot. One with a dog that lunged and scared us.

Nice, but get rid of motion sensing lights.

No fragrance in the room. Good!

Motion sensing lights are a bad idea. They kept going on all night, repeatedly waking us up. Regular light switches should be installed in the door area and bathroom.

Wifi was good, able to play online with no lag, breakfast was good and ac kept the room fresh.

There was a popcorn in one of the dressers.

The best hotel i stayed so far in ukiah

I loved everything from the room especially the patio outside that we could sit down and hangout.

customer service am female ataff refused to refund a day they did not get my verbal consent and I only signed for 7 nights nothing more yet they continued to charge my card and when questioned told I was wrong nor do I get my money back hung up 3x and didn’t give choice hotel points for 11 stays

this lady up front is horrible tried telling me I didn’t. tell them my check our date yet I only approved and paid for 7 nights yet charged me me another week hung up on my 5 times told me I was wrong I request a supervisor and she told me no and hung up refused to refund my card

this lady Melony is horrible and is needing to be terminated asap it will not be anything near great services with this woman there !

Great overnight stay while traveling

Our pet friendly room was spacious and clean on the first floor near the locked exit door. This allowed us to take our dog outside easily as needed. Hotel was quiet and they offer trolleys to carry your bags to and from your car if needed.

Nice place, easy to get to,

Good location, near the freeway but not noisy. Close drive to downtown Ukiah. The pool was very nice.

I had to ask for pool towels (this seems to happen a lot at hotels). I also picked-up garbage left at the pool the night before by other customers.
