It’s easy to locate, has a good view and is also close to places to eat. The staff is also extremely friendly!!

It’s a bit outdated and could use more comfortable bedding and beds. The outlets are also not very reliable and very sparse for such a big space. Nothing was offered for breakfast but there were soda vending machines.

Robbed

The young lady at the front desk stole my deposit cuz she said it was s non-smoking facility. However, because we weren't notified we couldn't smoke outside, we figured we should get at least a verbal warning before robbing us of a $150 cash deposit. BEWARE OF THE HIGH SCHOOL BRAT AT THE FRONT DESK WHOSE BUSY ITCHING TO STEAL FROM YOU.

The rude high school front dexkgirl who obviously wve worked un customer service b4. Can you believe she tool our cash deposit for smoking outside?! We were never made aware of the " no smoking" policy, let alone no smoking OUTSIDE, and she swiped the cash faster than Swiper on Dora the Explorer

The room had a musty smell. The pool lights kept our room lit up all night. You could hear the water running in the next rooms

No coffee and no breakfast….and no explanation why. No what they advertised!!

NIce location, pool was small but we used it twice,, close to lighthouse and the Pier.

Staff was good, room was OK, Microwave was broken when we arrived, Called the front desk and we had a new one right a way, Same with towels,, when we needed one they got us one very quickly. Yes, I would stay again, not the best room but OK.

NO coffee or breakfast at the hotel. but that is ok, we had a refrigerator and microwave which were new and clean.

Pleasant

We found the room to be clean and well-equipped for our overnight stay. All of the amenities were in working order, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the room was spacious and provided plenty of room for us to move around.

The staff was amiable, but they did not offer any extra assistance or amenities. When I called ahead, the person who answered seemed curt and irritated. The room had several damages, including a peculiar rectangular panel in the bathtub, damaged corners on the walls, and a lack of coffee in the morning.

The location.

It was run down, not updated or even cared for. There was someone’s panties hanging in the shower from the previous guest. And the doors for the conjoined rooms felt very unsafe.

The location was perfect, the staff was so nice. The room had a balcony to watch the sunset.

I asked for a room close to elevator because of my foot issues. they gave me the farthest room. then at 2:00 am when I got back to my room, the room key didn’t work. so I walked back to lobby and re issued the key to the room. I call this over sight.

Location was great. This place has been here since i was a kid and is still here. Good old oceanside Place was clean staff was nice room was out dated and needs the windows cleaned. Most rooms that had patios on the 2nd floor have been removed and renovated . Thats a nice touch but the patio would have been nicer to watch sunsets. The shower had no pressure although it came screaming out of the tub spout. They really need a quality maintenance person but probably only want to pay someone 20 an hour and you cant survive on that in oside.No tub plug to take a bath if you wanted,peeling paint,rust on door jams,dirty windows,security lock so loose you could pull it off with you fingers. Being a maintenance person and owning my own handyman business for over 20 years i see all the small important details. This company should hire me to be their maintenance supervisor.

Our towels were covered in ants, there are no door seals, insects and cold air are able to sneak through. The woman who checked us in was very rude, she hesitated to help and answer our questions.

Another good stay

I’ve stayed at Rodeway Inn Oceanside Marina and chose to come back for another visit. The hotel is basic but offers all advertised amenities, and the cleaning is of a good standard. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi is a little temperamental. It would be nice if the rooms had a safe.

Our “staycations” are fun and relaxing.

we stay there every few weeks. The staff are always polite. We love the Oceanview rooms. Very pleasant.

Some beds are uncomfortable in the rooms with balconies.
