Very unpleasant would never recommend

Its proximity to Universal Studios

They didn’t have my suite that I reserved for 2 nights,nor was I notified. It took some negotiating to get two rooms in place of family suite I reserved a month prior. Then upon returning for 2nd evening, personal items from 2nd room (minus bathroom essentials) were placed in first room. So we had to go back down and explain the mix up. When we couldn’t find certain items, spent an hour with staff searching through housekeeping closet, bins and garbage cans trying to locate missing items. Finally I was able to locate items that had been bagged up and placed in a shelf in the housekeeping closet. Management nor staff tried to reconcile the issues, just brushed it off like no big deal. Also, “breakfast included” as advertised was no longer available, told in morning, we haven’t updated our sites yet but it’s no longer available… all of this made none of it worth the stay, will never go back!

Great, close to the theme park (used uber to save on parking ). Nice and quiet i would recommend and return.

It was older so it had that older smell, plus it is very humid there (not their fault just how it Is in hollywood weather wise). More protein options for breakfast would have been nice.

Fine until they took money we didn’t authorize

Location

They charged us $145 in the middle of the night and the guy at the desk said he didn’t know why but it would be refunded. No, that’s not ok. That’s stealing from guests. My mom was staying at the hotel and they overcharged her $345!! I will never stay here again- and if it’s not refunded I’ll be filing a report. Do not steal from guests. Luckily we got print out proof of the overcharged payments.

La ubicación, y el personal fue muy amable.

El desayuno le falta variedad, y en las fotografías pensé que era con más variedad. El aire acondicionado es demasiado ruidoso y molesto, al igual que los cuartos que dan a la avenida, se escucha mucho el ruido de los vehículos.

Great location for universal

Location was great. Staff members that I met helpful and friendly.

Whole building seemed tired and in need of a refresh. I didn’t like the corridor facing window in my bedroom.

Overall it was ok but not a hotel well stay at again.

The room was clean and beds were very soft and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Our room did not look anything like the pictures. The beds were plain and white, no red silk linens anywhere. There was not a continental breakfast included however, there was only coffee and juice behind a dim dark bar area. The air freshener in the hallway smelled like cigarette and with a strong scent of floral. It smelled awful! The window in our room faced out to an alley with mattresses and trash everywhere. It was not the most pleasant scene. Unfortunately, we will not stay at this property again.

It’s was a great value and offer for us to be able to go to universal studios the whole weekend.

I liked how close it was to universal studios and how it was nice and quiet compared to the rest of the surrounding areas loved how the staff was very nice and friendly

I didn’t like that you could tell it needed some small renovations through out the whole facility , there was lots of chipped paint on the furniture in the rooms , mold/ wet spots on our ceiling elevator smelled like dog urine , and the pool was beyond freezing though out the room and the pool should’ve been heated

They had bed bugs they got mad with me because I wanted my money back for the bed bugs the staff was very rude told me how to raise my daughter because she wanted a lemon from the tree threatened to call the police on me because we were in the lobby waiting for our ride the hotel is grungy dirty rusty it smells and it’s outdated definitely motel vibes

It’s alright but I personally will not stay here again.

Close to universal but still a drive, I thought it was closer.

Horrible breakfast, milk just gets left out, only one choice of cereal and breakfast bars. I don’t even think the juice machine was working. Breakfast area was sus. In the room overall looks clean but lacked deep cleaning. Stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get clean towels on second night -.- They didn’t have towels for the pool.

Awful staff at a gritty run down hotel

Location next to universal studios was grear

The staff were awful! Really rude and couldn’t care less, a really gritty little hotel with a huge leak in reception and facilities were beyond poor. Expensive but your paying for the location, spend an extra 20 dollars and go somewhere else

Very poor

Got charged twice the deposit amount once I checked into the hotel. Then the day after I checked out I got charged again for the whole amount of the 2 days I stayed.

we stayed some where near to be able to walk to universal studios. there is a little market down the street so we didnt have to leave to far to be stuck in traffic. staff were so friendly and accommodating

nice location to park and comfy beds

Nice location by Universal studios

breakfast isn’t really breakfast it’s a few packets of cakes and tea or coffee from a machine and no juices available. Also the parking charges and although the rooms are large and the beds are comfy the corridor light stays on all night so light shines through the window of the room.

It was clean, safe and very friendly. Definitely would go again!

The location was excellent, we walked to Universal Studios. The staff at the front desk were amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our trip! I don’t think I’ve been to a hotel with nicer people working the front desk.

The breakfast was a few to-go items that were decent but not something I would list as a breakfast. It was nice to have but the second morning we grabbed a warm meal elsewhere. Still very much worth the cost even without the free breakfast though!

Walking distance to Universal Studios, Modern/clean hotel.

Close proximity to Universal Studios. We walked to/from Universal every day we were there. Several restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Parking was limited, some cars double parked.
