Never stayed. And never will call for reservation again

Nothing

Noted reservation date was incorrect, call hotel front desk to change the date. Was told everything was taken care of, tried to check in with the so called rudest manager ever. Called me a liar about the reservation.and told us to leave. When you’re rude you get what you give.

It was en expensive motel for average accommodations

Breakfast and coffee not good at all.

Everything was great but I really enjoy talk to the lady in charge of the breakfast..she was really nice and friendly

I didn't find nothing wtong with the hotel..to us was perfect

Felt like they price gouged; there is no way that room rate should be over $200 per night.

Pool was great but the pool room was cold so make sure to just sit in the hot tub while you watch your kids swim. HUGE king suite! With a fireplace and soaking tub! Dog friendly. Great location. Wonderful staff! I was on my way out of our room to go downstairs and grab one of those carts and the front desk lady was literally coming out of the elevator with one and I jokingly say, "oh perfect timing! You must of known I needed one!" And she goes "no but here ya go!" It was so sweet!

Small breakfast room. Went down for breakfast with my 2 kids and had a group of like 8 teens down there already getting breakfast and it was a pretty tight squeeze getting around to everything.

A good value and a comfortable stay would recommend.

The staff and cleanliness. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Having the fridge and in room microwave was convenient as well. Plus it’s a pet friendly hotel!

The sink in the room which is separate from the shower and toilet did not have hot water. Not a big deal but definitely would’ve preferred hot water as opposed to cool water especially for face washing and handwashing.

The enormous size of the room including the bathroom. The location of these suites is on the first floor that also have a separate key only entrance which was very convenient

I would not stay here again

The breakfast provided was ok The lady that ran it was nice. the hours were very short most are open from 6am to 10 am this was 6 am to 9am and most of food gone by 8:15 am

The value for price paid was not fair to consumer. the hotel staff promised to fix the issue by offering points to my account for a free night for the issues we had I have spoken to them 3 times and still nothing has been done. Also my car was blocked in by a huge truck both mornings. The 1st morning I needed to leave by 5 am and we were late due to this big truck blocking us We had to wait for 2 othe cars to move in order to back out pull forward back pull forward turn into their parking spot to get out
