Cheryl is Awesome, The Beds are Heavenly, and Breakfast is Scrumptious.

I love this place. Cheryl and Andrea helped me book a room. I've had a stressful week and Cheryl, Randy (I think?) and all the front desk AND the cleaning/breakfast crews have been nothing short of spectacular. Cheryl really helped me and my mom book a room. She helped me significantly when I needed it the most. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and consideration. You are a true gem in this world.

Very enjoyable would book here again

Location was perfect. Close to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Mattress could have been better, but that is just my opinion.

The hotel is just okay. Nothing stands out as good or bad.

It was one we had stayed at before. It’s okay. Don’t like staying on upper floors. The elevator is terribly slow.

The lobby needs to be revamped to get rid of shelves that were once stocked with items to sell the customer. Now just looks me AA dumb with big bowl of dog bones and nothing for customers. The clerk didn’t tell us how to get to the room, where to park or which way to get off the elevator. Just that little bit of information goes a long way. Why the questions of single use bottles but not about single use cups. Plastic cups provided for coffee and iced drinks. That seems to go against single use items.

I enjoyed my rest while here, it's super clean.

Absolutely loved level of cleanliness! Bed was fantastic! Room very clean. Breakfast selection was OK but glad to have one. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Really appreciated whatever level of air filtration the hotel has. I felt like good clean air was kicking out the whole time.

Hot tub and pool seemed outdated. That's it. Everything else was great.

upon check-in, Gabriel very kindly changed our room to one on the first floor and very near an entrance to accommodate my travel companion who has mobility issues. A bit later, when my lighter broke, Gabriel searched everywhere for matches for me to no avail. However, another one of your employees, Zak, overheard and gave me a lighter he claimed was "extra." Service over and above from both of these gentlemen. Give them each a raise.

Quite location, good for an evening walk. It's a drive from the old town, but there are several restaurants in walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Large room, comfortable.

Good beds, very good pillows. Friendly staff great pool.

The Beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pillows were heavenly. We are very close to the pool so overall we enjoyed sleeping there. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool was nice and warm. And the entire pool room was heated!!!!!

There was a very old sofa that was stinky and dirty we had to cover it up with a sheet. We did towels staff about it. I don’t think they really could do anything for it. Our room smelled musty and set off our allergies. Their air conditioning unit did not seem to produce a high setting for the thin, but a very low one even though we had two maintenance people look at it thankfully we had brought our own box fan with us to circulate the air.

Disappointing

Too expensive for what it was. Room was musty. Floor tile chipped, paint chipped, furniture chipped, shower did not drain properly. Not that many people at breakfast but they ran out of coffee and hot food - so there was nothing to eat but sugary cereal and baked goods. Too expensive
