The staff was very professional

There were sewer knats that were coming from the sink drain, there was a whole under my room door that the weather striking was missing, they couldn’t give me any more towels they only gave us 2 when there were 4 people.

Location is good for our needs. Room was spacious and queen size beds were good for our needs. AC work and kept the room at a comfortable temperature for us. The staff was very helpful and straightened up the room in between nights. This hotel is the nicest for the price in MacClenny, Fl. We stay there often.

The breakfast was lacking in drinks, just had coffee to drink and milk. Limited on any real breakfast items, just waffles and cereal and bread - like mini muffins, bagels, toast and English's muffins. Room must have had some kind of bugs. We saw a roach or two, but it is Florida so what do you expect. My mother was bitten by something which caused her arm to swell and itch.

It was clean.. They had BBQ outside

The bed was Hard... Not much for the FREE breakfast. The toles little and hard.. Looked l people wasn't just visiting they lived there.

Could definitely use better pillows

The rooms were updated and clean.

The breakfast was really lame. Basically, waffles (with no butter) and coffee (which was pretty good).
