Ok for one night. Close to the aiport, but needs a big refreshment

Near of to the airport. 5 minutes of walking from the airport. No shuttle.

The room and the decoration are old. Clean, but old furnitures as you can see on the pictures. Ok for one night.

One of the worst stays of the year!

Not a damn thing was totally unsafe to stay there.

They have piles of uses needed on the outskirts of the facility.. overflowing cigarette butts at every entrance... we witnessed a customer get refunded for him and his 4 year old daughter getting eaten by bed bugs ... It's just terrible!! The staff doesn't give a damn about the client nor the building!! They told us we couldn't be given extra pillows, mind you 2 beds only had 1 each.

Knowing that we left the facilities impeccable, they do not return the room insurance payment. Terrible!

All of the doors to the outside of the building were not locked so of course anybody could come in and out. The next morning the elevator took us to the wrong floor where a transient had been sleeping on a couch in the small sitting area. We later saw him outside with his dog he had hiding in his jacket. There was a dead baby German cockroach in the bathroom. There was food in the freezer and the bed was super uncomfortable. It seems like people use this hotel as a home, and maybe a drug dwelling as well. We heard people carrying on allll night. We didn't get real sleep until it started to quiet down around seven am or so. In all, we slept horrible... And had a bad experience. We will definitely not return.

Spend a bit more for something much netter

The only good thing to say for this hotel is that it is close enough to the airport to walk to.

Staff were very unfriendly. Room and building is very aged, dark and dank.

I was stunned at the quality of the Inn for the very affordable price and the kitchenette.

I and my friends live in Melburne. We booked the stay for 2 nights as the Inn was a more secure and safe place as Ian Hurricane was coming our way. My only problem was the toilets are really low.

The toilets are very low. i have weak knees, I've had 7 dislocations and when I sit and my knees are higher than my hips it is extreemly difficult. My friend who was in the room next room is 4'7 and I'm 5"4 and she had a problem with getting up from the toilet. She had a hip replacement a year ago. If there were a rail on the wall in front of the toilet it would have made it easier for both of us.
