ROACH 🪳 INFESTED HOTEL

Nothing at all

Roaches were all around the hotel room, and even in the bed. The room was NOT clean, dirty toilet, tub, floor etc . There weren’t any towels or wash cloths, when mentioned to staff, it took over an hour to be delivered. Upon arriving, Cats surrounded the hotel room door. Due to the condition of the room, I left! I will never be back.

I will never stay there again

I liked that it had a pool and that’s the reason I paid for it online but when I got there I had to wait till four to even get in the room than we couldn’t even get into the pool

There were no towels or a blanket on the bed than when we finally got a towel and blanket that night it was a very thin blanket and a floor towel two floor towels but the staff was amazing especially the guy with the dreads he was so helpful and sweet him and the lady at the front desk

The property was terrible. We entered the room to no shower curtain, black mold, the tv falling off the wall, no linens.

Horrible all around- booking.com customer support was non existent in rectifying issue either.

I did. It stay at this place because the door did not lock. Not safe - no attendant at desk to assist. No clean linen- took hours to get blanket & TWO pillow cases for FOUR pillows. Sis not provide face towels. Did not give me my refund back even though I checked out early. NEVER WILL I BOOK ON BOOKING.com for lack of customer support & process of refund. Very unacceptable for a business trip.

No attempt to verify my claim so that I may get my FULL REFUND. Nor did I receive partial even though I checked out and sis not stay entire booking. I’ll never use Booking.com again

Will not waste my money no more

No one there at all. Tv don’t have cable or basic or nothing. Messed my hole night up they should not be able to run a hotel like that will become a trap house soon

Not worth the money.

No breakfast at location

No staff present at any time, they lock main entrance but, they left side entrances open at night in an area notorious for crime. Nobody to answer questions, no personal anywhere to be found. Sign at entrance says that front desk not longer in service!!!👎🤦‍♂️😡 Al contact must be made thru text and yet, they can’t solve any issues. Overall, from all my bookings at Booking.com, this by far has been the worst experience ever.

Location and price were the best parts.

The facilities were run down. They need to be cleaned better. Room A/C was not working well. Trash was thrown all over the parking lot. No on was availble in the the lobby when I tried to check out.

Tv didn’t work,half the lights in the room didn’t work, didn’t get into room until 5:30 pm because it hadn’t been cleaned so I waited a couple hours until that was done.

It was not worth it.

It’s cheap

No breakfast, no cable, my room didn’t have an ice box, the smell, poor Wi-Fi connection, very very limited staff. You have to pay $10 for a roll of toilet paper, and $10 for clean towels.

the property had roaches, people hanging out smoking and etc, The office was closed at 5 and no was there to help us with our tv, we didn’t use the tv at all all night and the next morning the staff blamed us

Passable

Room was clean and looked recently remodeled. No carpet. Smelled good.

When we first arrived there was nobody at front desk. We left and came back an hour later. Had to text a number to get a link to check in even though there were 2 people at front desk. Girl at desk had a bad attitude. Bring your own pillows cause there's were awful.

The staff is non existent after check in. You want someone well you will be waiting by the front desk for over 45 minutes. The charge for everything. They charge for room cleaning, more shampoo, and towels.

Very poor

Parking my car right in front of my room. the property was close to a major freeway.

The hotel asked that I go online and put in a $100 refundable security deposit using my credit card. I was charged $3.99 for the $100 deposit. When I arrived at the premises the entrance door to the office was locked. A security guard was outside the office and he took me in the back door and gave me my key. I was told not to leave my room between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am as it could be dangerous. There was no one to greet or help.
