Horrendously nasty, roaches everywhere, ceiling in bathroom fell down on me while taking a shower, roach in bathtub, no continental breakfast like advertised, bums at front door begging for money, my friends rooms were nasty also. Will never stay there again.

There is nothing to like drug user people walking around .I had to buy products to clean the bathroom and ask sheets and towels. Hair was everywhere .

We had to downgrade due to the original plan was over booked and told us at the last minute this what Booking.com found for us to stay.

False pretenses

Reservations went through without a problem and no hidden fees. It was clean. Clerk at counter was pleasant.

Reservation information said breakfast included , but hotel clerk said that was a mistake, they don't provide breakfast. Only a soda machine available! No tissues in room. Only a few basic channels available on tv. Beds had a metal frame around the base of matress that banged every time you stood up or sat down on bed! Disruptive to other person sleeping.

Good value for money

We were made very welcome, in spite of arriving late. There was a small issue with a room and we immediately got switched to a different one. The facilities were well maintained and quite comfortable.

Being from Europe, we really missed a chance to make a cup of tea.

When booking room it said the breakfast was included and they don't even serve breakfast. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them . Didn't complain because had our own pillows and blankets.

Barely Anything

The Staff For The Main Part. Everybody Was Rude Asf! I Cant Make It Up. I Gave Him The Money And He Told Me “You Give Me Money Put It In Order Or We Have A Problem” And I Laughed It Off. Then It Was Like He Just Gave Me The Worst Look. Like He Just Didn’t Want Business So You Knowwwww ILL NEVER GO BACK😆☺️
