All the staff should be awarded but the facility needs repair.

The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Water dripping from all the ceilings. Carpet was dirty. When I arrived everything in my room felt damp.

Tube drain did not work back up; bed so soft and bouncing. furniture seem old and paint covering off. sink drain did not work and back up. bathroom floor had stains on it.

The staff was kind, personable, and friendly. The room was clean, and breakfast was good.

The parking lot is in need of repair. Also, I could damage tothe ceilings.

Stayed before and it was nice. It is just going down hill.

Close to the interstate

Sheets had stains on both beds. Asked for blankets/pillows for the pullout got a sheet with another stain. Didn’t even get a pillow or a blanket. Air conditioning wouldn’t go off.

Space was adequate.

Room smelled like cigarettes smoke. Though they said it was a non-smoking facility. Bathroom was tiny. Towels were stained. No kleenex in the tissue holder. Floor felt greasy. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

The room was filthy. My kids was terrified to sleep there. but luckily it was only for a few hours. Staff at counter wasn’t in uniform nor friendly. Room had trim peeled back, dirt all over walls, toilet was dirty, and stains on sheets. We booked it for 5 people so we needed to utilize the pull out sofa but couldn’t because no sheets and nasty stains on the pull out mattress. On top of that the couch was filthy so we had to drape a comforter over it so my oldest could sleep on it. Should have been a $50 a night hotel. Very disappointing!

Arrange to stay a few exits before or a few exits after this one.

The few staff members we encountered checking in at approximately 11:30 at night and leaving by 7:55 the next morning were pleasant.

The entire facility is in dire need of extensive repair. The air wouldn’t get below 72 degrees. The water from the leaking shower not only filled the bathroom floor, the water ran under the bathroom door due to a very pronounced slope in the floor and accumulated in a HUGE puddle in front of the entire foyer of the room (which is the ONLY ingress and egress of the room. The leaking shower is NOT a recent problem as the bathroom door is rotted at the bottom, the grout around the tile as well as the caulk sealing it beside the tub/shower has long been gone and there is mold growing on the wall above the bathroom door.

Out of pancakes in both locations. That’s bad. One of the reasons we stayed

There is mostly fast food restaurants near there. Only a Shoneys for dinner and that left a lot to be desired

The staff and breakfast bar were very nice.

The room seemed as if it wasn’t even cleaned just made beds. The trash bags weren’t even changed before we checked in and we checked in at 1AM so there was plenty of time for the room to be throughly cleaned!!

Breakfast was ok. The breakfast staff was wonderful.

The facility was grubby. We had someone attempt twice to get in our room at night. Called the front desk to report and was told by staff we were in the wrong room. No apologies from the staff on their error for not recording the correct room on their system.

It was just ok.

The hotel was right where I wanted to be. Close to my family's home and not to far from any stores.

I didn't like that my toilet was running if you don't physically go in a hold it up for like 40 seconds for it to stop. The beds were hard and it creaked every time you moved around. The bathroom was very outdated. Lots of broken pieces around the shower area and stains in the tub.
