Very nice stay. Will definitely stay there again

Very Clean, nice location, the staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing, organized, comfortable, price was reasonable.

The only thing was that our bathroom sink was a bit clogged but it wasn’t a big deal.mini fridge we couldn’t figure out it kept things cool but not really cold like we like but it was fine. One night there was someone in a room nearby partying with loud music at 2am but it didn’t last long cause I’m sure staff took care of it they probably got a few people complaining

Preis / Leistung war gut. Frühstück auch

Lage etwas außerhalb, aber alles in Ordnung. Reservierung trotz Bestätigung nicht vorhanden, Fehler von booking nicht vom Hotel. Personal war freundlich und hat geholfen und neue Buchung angelegt. Frühstück ganz gute Auswahl.

Ein schönes Hotel, wie man es erwartet, zu einem fairen Preis. Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr einladend. Die Zimmer sind gross. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man nichts vom Verkehr von draussen mitkriegt. Das Frühstück ist lecker.

Comfortable, clean and good value.

The property is near I-84 and my room was very quiet. The staff at reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. I enjoyed some time in the hot tub and pool. Plenty of restrarunts just a few miles S in Twin Falls. Breakfast was great, nice selection.

We were comfortable and the value is good, but we likely won’t return given the front desk attitude.

Good location, value, clean

Rude front desk at check in, absent front desk at checkout, hotel didn’t answer the phone number on 3 of our 4 calls over two days.

Great stop!

Comfy beds, great breakfast, easy highway access, yet quiet.

On the edge of town, so needed to drive into town for dinner (but that was an easy 10 minutes).

The motel is outside of both Jerome and Twin Falls. There is no real walkable area around the motel.

Very Nice. Beds were super compfortable

The room next to us woke us up at 4 a.m. playing extreamly loud heavy metal music and playing a guitar. AND there were refrigerator trucks outside our room all night with their motors running. They should park somewhere else.

Not worth it to splurge for hot tub suite.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast pretty good, even on a weeknight. Pool is open 24hr.

Extrememly firm mattress. "Hot tub" suite was just a one-person jacuzzi which was almost impossible to get in and out of because it was so slick, cramped (enclosed by 3 walls) and had no grab bars. Toilet seat cover had been painted and was peeling.

Breakfast was disappointing- eggs were cold and overcooked, the “bacon” was unidentifiable. At least there was coffee and Orange juice.

Very nice stay.

Staff worked to switch our rooms when we found out our original room was on the second floor. We were able to get the same room but on the first floor and close the exit that our car was parked at. Very convenient! This was our second stay here! We liked the first time, so when we needed something in the same area, we came back here.

A semi tractor was still parked in regular parking area, the same place it was a week ago. I feel it should not be taking up valuable prime parking since it doesn't fit a single parking spot.

Relaxing, a great get away and memory to keep!

Our stay was amazing! The room we got was huge and very comfortable and welcoming, the complimentary breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, plus there is a indoor hot tub and heated pool! We had a jacuzzi tub which made it even better! The staff went above and beyond and set up a special surprise for our anniversary with candles, flower peddles, balloons and a sweet gift! Definitely something I’ll never forget and hold close to me! Thank you so much for the great experience and stay!
