Would stay again

The place was clean the staff was friendly and was pretty cheap in my opinion for a one night stay with two queen beds

The other guests were quiet loud and just strange in general

Clean and comfortable facility for a Great value

Good location near Lewis University. We always stay at this hotel when traveling to take our daughter to college. The hotel is clean and includes breakfast, and the price is very reasonable compared to other area hotels that are farther away. You can tell the housekeepers care about their work… beds always made and the presentation of the towels in the bathroom is appealing. Coffee and fruited ice water always available in the lobby!!!

Decor is outdated - not modern or fancy- but the hotel and rooms are clean. The toiletries are too small and not good quality. I would love if they had new toiletries next time including qtips and makeup remover pads so I dont have to pack these. Ive seen them offered at other hotels and they come in a little package.

Came for a mini getaway for Mother’s Day with my family and yeah. Made own beds, had to ask for shee

The pool and outside smoking area.

Told housekeeping to redo sheets and clean rooms daily as I have children. Wanted a nice getaway where I didn’t have to clean. Only nice staff was manager. Will be calling her tomorrow.

In totality, location and bed are awesome. Wonderful clerks at the front desk,too. I love choice

I like the location. I love the Choice Hotels but I was a bit disappointed because there's no trash bin where the TV was. Only one trash bin located in the bathroom. The shower door doesn't close. It keeps sliding and water splash outside the shower door. These are fixable and hoping that the next client won't encounter these issues. Aside from that, the bed and pillows are perfect and no smell in the room.

Not good quality hotel

The breakfast was to be expected.

Room had stuff in the refrigerator from previous guest. Door doesn't stay shut on the shower. There appeared to be a bullet hole in the exterior wall! All and all way over priced for the quality of the room, will not be staying there again.

I asked for them to fix the door which was loose in the part that's attached to the door and the bar slides into. They said they would, but didn't. I asked for towels, coffee and cups, they said they would, but I had to ask again, they had all day to deliver them and didn't.

All in all the water was hot, the food was good, and the bed was ok, I guess it was a good stay.

The Breakfast was hot and very good, each day the items change. And there were different juices, and the pastry were outstanding, each day they were fresh and different.

Didn't like the fact, that I wasn't told that I had to let the front desk know if I wanted room service, I went without room service for three days in a row, total of 4 days out of seven. I should have been told this at check in for what I had to pay, and a seven stay.

Room Infested with Insects/ in the bed and bathroom - Don't Book a Room Here !!!

Room was infested with ANTS woke up with face covered with ants and also in my ears - flying insects in bathroom have video's and pics

room had insects, crawling over me in the morning IN MY BED !! flying bugs in the bathroom manager of hotel did NOT Care - no refunds

It provided a roof over our heads. I have to say the breakfast was descent.

it was convenient to I-55.

The bedding was terrible. It made for some miserable night sleeps.
