Won't come back or recommend.

Beds were comfortable. Not bad for few options available...wished there had been hot chocolate packages at breakfast.

Could hear people walking around above us. Could hear anyone around us taking showers. Our shower sprayed clear across the bathroom. Toilet seat was broken...ran out of kleenex. Trains were loud...no mention of trains nearby on the booking site. A/C loud; fridge loud. Breakfast: Told clerk the waffle mix wasn't coming out...she opened the door, shut it and walked away. Took forever to get enough to make 3/4 waffle. Creamer cups were all expired. Told clerk...she took them to the back room, came back out with full bowl...all had the same expired dates as before! Had severe weather two different nights and clerk first night couldn't tell us the tornado warning plan. Staff was very hard to understand.

Will not stay here again!!

Right off the main drag

Wall paper that had been painted over was peeling off the walls. Had a horrible smell. Said it had a pool and hot tub but it was closed and had been closed for over a year.

My son said he couldn’t think of a time we’d stay anywhere worse! Put it that way.

Disappointing

Location...staff

Hot tub/pool out of order....and I do not think will ever be put back into use again for a long time...it's fell of box for god knows what...and they never mentioned that in booking.com description...also new to update pictures...many of the drop ceiling tiles where missing....in our room (227)the air conditioner leaked condensation on the carpet in front of the window under the air conditioning unit...so the carpet was wet... Everything seemed very dated...the room was fairly clean...the elevator had handprints all over the stainless steel... A reserved a room with a whirlpool but did not receive one... Unfortunately I did not take the time to take pictures 😞

Very poor

The breakfast was ok.

The hotel needs a major remodel of rooms. They were dirty, and looks like some mold around the window and on ceiling, broken tile in bathroom, phone and night stand was dirty, carpet dirty and saw some bugs. The details of the hotel stated there was a pool and hot tub, but it was closed and filled with boxes. It was an indoor pool.

Exceptional

They did everything to work with me on trying to cancel my rooms a week ahead of time but booking.com was still going to charge me so they treat my family wonderful when they checked in

Usually like that hotel chain. This one, I will not be back

The bed

The bed was the only thing clean. The bathroom, all counters in the room were super dirty. I did not know that was even the girl working there. She was not dressed professional, did not act professional and too busy hanging out with friends in the lounge when we came in.

Good

Breakfast was good. The beds were good. Very friendly staff.

The pool was not in working condition. The hall didn't have a pleasant smell.

Never again.

There was very little I liked. My husband did like the waffles at breakfast. I tried a biscuit - but it was rock hard. The coffee was fine.

Our bathroom shower was covered in mold - on the floor and the side walls. I can't believe they can legally rent a room in this condition! It was unsanitary and unsafe! All three lamp shades were broken and/or torn. The chair appeared to have been retrieved from the local dump - with tears and holes throughout. Needless to say - no sat in the chair or used the shower. The bathroom appears to have been partially renovated with a jacuzzi tub, new tile and new fixtures. Why they didn't replace they shower is beyond comprehension. I know this is a lower cost hotel in a college town - but come on!

Never will stay there again.

1- the room photos as advertised was NOT even close to the room I got. 2. The plumbing is horrible. Toilet backed up constantly and we had to plunge it. 3. The shower in room 109 needs replaced entirely. The door doesn’t function, the floor is chipped and going to cut someone- it is dangerous getting in and out of it 4. If the pool is shut down for COVID 19- it needs to be listed on the website and the rates need to be adjusted. I feel like consumers do book because of pool facilities, but can’t use them and still pay as if they could

Passable

It was fairly quiet, shower was good, bedding smelled fresh.

The conditioner bottle left for us was used, several un-vacuumed areas, no ice on our floor.

Lack of disclosures prior to booking.

The room was cleaned. The bed was free of bugs. The staff was friendly.

It wasn't disclosed prior to booking that my room had rain tracks right out the window. It wasn't disclosed prior to booking that breakfast was a brown sack. It wasn't disclosed prior to booking that the pool and hot tub was closed. The roof of my bathroom looked like it had mold all over it that they attempted to spray paint over. The phone in my room did not work when I tried to call the front desk. The walls and ceiling are all paper thin. You could hear everything.
