'Confort Inn' in Bowie MD Steals New Yorker's Heart

I liked the professionalism of the staff as a whole (especially the staff at the front desk), I liked the way housekeeping worked hard and in a timely manner (with a smile). I liked the buffet breakfast, (their staff was also professional). I really enjoyed my stay, and we definitely plan on coming back! Thankyou Kind regards C.Toppins

Overall, it served the purpose.

I was not made aware that the hotel accommodates pets. I have allergies. Also, the shower had cloth shower curtains.

clean and comfortable and hospitable

breakfast was average, quality of the waffles, cleanliness of the stations was not great, but to be fair it was very busy with guests and kids. liked the pool and the tables they had were convenient to eat lunch by pool. parking was convenient. ice machine in the hallway was helpful

rooms were clean, but floors could have been mopped better. The hallways had carpet and a smell like it was wet and not fully dried. towels were pretty basic, not the best quality.

Breakfast was great. House keeping was excellent, cheerful, friendly and courteous staff. Translators were available for interpretation.

Room was too small and didn't meet advertised features. The ac was too high and could not be turned down. For a newly renovated hotel room, it didn't meet expectations.

Absolutely love the comfortability, as well as location. Getting a little too ecspensive

I like the kitchen. It’s nice and cozy. I can prepare a nice meal for my husband as appose to going out spending more money.

The increase in price, twice within just a couple months.?Just tried making reservations for the weekend of April 27,2024 for my birthday, they will be going up again 35 dollars more than my first two visits🙏🏾

Short stay, great property! Very satisfied!

The fact that there was a restaurant and a bar on site was a big plus! our server Tammi was awesome! everyone was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable!

can’t say any negatives really. Dealing with the Covid mask wearing requirement was a drag, but we’ve all been dealing with that. Not the hotels fault.

We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location. Conference was held in the hotel. Pet friendly. There is a nearby dog park Staff friendly and willing to help.

It was a positive experience; nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast too basic without variety of fruits. They only have ripe banana in the menu. I was expecting more fruits.

100% Exceeded Expectations!

This hotel was FABULOUS. It far exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly as the photos show. The woman at the counter was very friendly and checked me right in. They honored my request for a room on a higher floor, which I was very excited by. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in; and the pillows were absolutely wonderful. I've never felt this comfortable in a hotel in years. I didn't have breakfast at the property so I can't comment on that, but it did smell nice. Easy highway access, a few restaurants and a couple of gas stations nearby. The hotel is also just a 40 minute drive to Baltimore, 20 minutes from FedEx Field (which was QUITE convenient), and 30-40 minutes from DC. 100% would stay here again. If you're in the area and need a hotel, book here.

That I couldn't see my rental car from my room; I get a little paranoid as I usually travel alone and had a rental. There were no real side doors on the highway side of the hotel, so the car had to be parked in front of the entrance. My car was safe, so I'm not sure there was anything I didn't like!

Well worth the price and located in a great area.

The breakfast was good value, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located less than a mile away from a bunch of restaurants and a variety of stores. We found this hotel last minute after reading horror reviews on the hotel we were originally booked for. The moral of the story is read reviews and spend the extra money to get a better room!

We had one issue with our door to the room. The mechanism that you insert the key card into needed to be reprogrammed and wouldn’t let us in. The staff however was extremely helpful and fixed the issue ASAP.

Great value for money!

Breakfast was quite decent. Beds were super comfortable. Had an excellent sleep! Free wifi was great. Amenities in the room weee very good - microwave and fridge.

It was a place only to rest my head, which wasn't so restful because I was grossed so out.

The hostess/waitress, Vickie at Chessie's was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The smell of bug spray was overwhelming and irritated my allergies. The couch in the bedroom was filthy. The fitted sheet on the bed wasn't pulled down all the way so, I could see that the mattress was dirty as well. There were strands of hair hanging from the shower head.

Great beds, room was comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. We had burgers and fries at the bar, very good service and food Room has multiple USB ports for charging, microwave and small fridge.pur room on the ground floor opened to the pool which was nice

All was nice except the 4 rooms we had no one was able to sleep due to the pot smoke coming in our rooms and the other guest running through the halls and partying all night
