Overall good

Cleanliness, hotel location.

Breakfast wasn't that good and the same menu everyday. Scramble eggs wasn't good at all. No bacon, no pancake.

Wasted money

The location or proximity to downtown O.C. is good, lots of good places to eat without having to drive but most were chain restaurants. Lots of stores and some outlet stores right across the street.

The outside picture is misleading. It looks great in photos and boasts that it has been remodeled, however it hasnt. The parking lot smelled like weed, my floor smelled like weed and was literally right next to the elevator. The headboard was dusty as was the huge window overlooking the parking lot and the much nicer looking hotel next door. They do offer free breakfast but i didn't stay to try it. The location is great if you don't want to stay in ocean city.

Very pleasant until the rain came and it was leaking through the bathroom roof.

It was clean

I was in room 310 and it was raining and the bathroom was leaking though the roof.

Staff did not return my Mothers bag and iPod

Clean, nice room. Kind Front desk staff.

My Mother left her bag that contained something precious to her and also her iPad. It was said to be “not found” in the room when she called the front desk and that’s where she left it after leaving in a rush.

It was a nice hotel, and once the renovation work is completed will be even nicer.

The breakfast was decent. The breakfast hours seemed limited and would mean an early wake up.

I was unaware that construction was taking place at the hotel. My room was near the construction which began early in the morning each day. So that meant an early wake up each day.

Glad we were only there to sleep and shower.

There wasn’t enough parking. The air conditioning unit was very noisy. And the coffee was really bad. We didn’t even bother with the breakfast.

I will not stay at this location again.

The pool was kid friendly. Even though the room was not great the staff was good and kind.

My 1st night there there were ants that fell out the pullout sofa for my kids, there was mice poop also in my room. They had no extra rooms and I had switch rooms in the middle of the night with 4 small children 2 which are special needs. The next day when I went back to check in the room had no bugs but my toilet still had pee and hair from the last people and my closet door was off the hinges.

Hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, but was available is exceptional. No inconveniences at all.

Had wonderful stay previous times.... Until this one.

Room had bed bugs, there were kids running up and down hall all night. Had to leave the night to find another hotel. Still waiting for my full refund.

Hotel wasn’t as nice as it used to be. was very rundown and dirty looking.

Staff is very nice and the breakfast is great.

Room had a weird smell, the carpet was stained and dirty looking, wallpaper was peeling, etc. I had a friend book a room there too because I was so happy with our stay last year, her room condition was similar to mine and she also found a cockroach in her bathroom.

Good rooms near everything in West Oc.

Nice spacious rooms with all the amenities.

No remote for the tv. Staff was asleep when I came down to front desk in the middle of the night.
