Nice place

Great place to stay when in battle creek. This is my 4th time staying here and it's always been perfect. The people that work there are great! The room is always clean and comfy. I like the waffles during breakfast. They also have a nice pool too.

Perfect hotel near exit and with all amenities and great staff with spacious rooms

so many varieties of continental breakfast, i just loved it. Bagels and cream cheese was the best. Breakfast attendant was perfect and the best attentive. She gave me waffle made by her wooo. Coffee was superb. Front desk was smiling and welcoming plus helping for luggage too. Manager was very helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Indoor pool was nice for kids its bigggg. Guest laundry has nice space. Smart tvs in the room with beautiful lightings. Will visit again and again if in Battlecreek.

Carpet in hallways looks old, but thats ok.

Birthday visit

CK- General Manager and Preet-Front desk person were Both very helpful and made my stay especially nice. They went above and beyond which will definitely make me come back again and pass the word out to go there.

I did think that the hours of the pool could be extended a bit.

I like the staff they was real understanding and change my room for me great people.

The smell of the room it smells like raw sewage inside one of the rooms. I was not aware of the renovations they had going on It was not stated on the website.

From the minute I stepped in the door I was acknowledged and assisted. Each time I came and went I was greeted. The rooms they have an excellent staff. From the desk out front to the service workers and housekeepers.

Not happy overall breakfast saved it from being a total loss for the price we paid

Room could of been cleaner ac unit was full of dust a used band Sid was on the hot tub the bed sheets looked dirty room smelled like cigarettes

It had a bed. And staff was kind for the l no most part.

No elevator. The handicap room was dingy and had to climb over edge of tub. Didn’t have hand rails to help get out. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Could write in the dust.

the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great

we were there with a group for a baseball tournament. the management team was very irritated that there were people outside. there was probably 4 or 5 different baseball and softball teams staying. to be respectful most people went outside and played corn hole , spike ball or sat in lawn chairs. it was mostly families and nothing unruly was going on. however the management team was stressed and threatening to kick people out, and telling them there was a STRICT quiet time at 10 pm. honestly if they want people to stay there , they will have to relax if people are outside just enjoying the night air and each other’s company.

Short and sweet

The room and hotel were very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and very well dressed!

The lighting in the bathroom is very dim and they need to put exhaust fans in the bathrooms

would not recommend it or stay there again. surprised it was a radisson hotel.

it was close to our destination.

it was old and shabby and in very poor repair. places where the ceiling and walls were patched and falling down. comforter torn. bathroom door didn’t close tightly. furniture torn. pool closed. unexpected fee to check in early.
