Zuerst einmal einen riesen Dank an die Freundlichkeit des Personals und wie von so vielen bereits geschrieben, besonders von Ronnie. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. BigBus fährt direkt gegenüber des Hotels ab. Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage gereinigt. Das Bett ist zu zweit zwar bequem, allerdings hat es eine Katapultwirkung, wenn man sich zu energisch umdreht. Wir hatten eine Executive Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern (und auch 2 Badezimmern) im River Hotel, das wohl zu Club Quarters (hatten CQ gebucht) gehört und nur durch einen anderen Aufzug getrennt ist.
Leider kein Zimmer mit Aussicht, aber man kann einfach vor die Tür gehen und den Riverwalk genießen.

Estaba sucio, en el refrigerador los huéspedes anteriores dejaron comida y las personas que limpian no la sacaron y ahí decía que era smoking free y la habitación olía a humo de cigarro.

Location is very good! Hotel is in good condition and clean. The staff was friendly and informative.
We did not use the breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Good value.
Heating system was a little noisy.

The facility was kept in a well maintained state. Everything was clean and orderly although it was rather small so didn't offer any ammenities. Fortunately we only rented this place for a night to sleep and were not focused on being entertained at the hotel.
Breakfast had a minimal selection but for the low price of the room I was not disappointed. I was also taken back by the later than usual checkin with a still early than usual checkout.

Good breakfast.
Mostly we were satisfied but the internet( wifi) kept dropping. Very annoying, you would just get connected & then it dropped. Reported it & it wasn’t any better. Couldn’t reconnect at night or in the morning.

Great location, staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs updating. My room needed a deep cleaning. The walls were filthy. The ac had a moldy smell.
Looks out dated. Stains all over the walls. Definitely needs upgrades and a deep cleaning.

wouldn’t allow us to take breakfast to our room. Bathroom had peeling walls.

It was very close to the Casino I went to.
It could be cleaner. The breakfast was not always filled when empty. No regular cream just powder cream and hot chocolate wasn’t available.
