Most unwelcome stay

The price was great and that's relaly it.but I guess you get what yoh pay for

We had light bulbs that didn't work, and the desk was falling apart. The drawer in the nightstand wouldn't work. The staff made me feel not welcomed like I wasn't supposed to be there. The bed where I llayed my head was dirty after I pulled the blankets away,l. There was food left in the fridge from previous people. The front doors of the vestibule were broken and remained open the whole time, and the side door was smashed. And unuseable, so there's a safety violation. The indoor pool was freezing, and they had a bucket in the hallway to collect dripping water from a broken pipe. There were only 2 towles in the room for 4 people. And when I asked for more, I had to return 2 of them to get 3 back. Overall, I didn't feel welcomed there.

My stay was good, comfortable and the value was in my budget for what I needed.

The room was clean and comfortable and the TV worked. Location was close to places I needed to go and was close to gas stations and food options.

The hall carpets could use a good cleaning and the pool and dining areas were out of service. The road leading to the hotel had some large potholes that need filling, and the grounds could be checked for trash more often.

roaches in our room! No discount ethier after telling them that.

that it was in a quiet area. comfortable beds.

I didn’t like the face we had dead ants all in our window, so nasty, when you have a toddler trying to go touch them. and we didn’t clean them up. I told the staff which didn’t do anything but say I’m sorry. light bulbs where out and paint needed to be redone. then we wake up and there was roaches in our daughter snack! so we left as soon as we got up. so call from the manger, or discount. NOTHING!

Will never again stay in this Sleep Inn, or any other for that matter

What breakfast!There was none!!

facial tissues in room would have been nice. A blow dryer that worked would have been nice. A television channel guide would have been nice. Hot water in the shower would have been nice. A "Do not disturb" card for the door would have been nice. That ant not crawling on me during the middle of the night would have been nice. The fact that a new door key card had to be made on the second day of our stay seemed unusual. An ice machine that worked on our floor would have been nice. The fact that this establishment did not tell it's customers that they were were remodeling (not even at check-in) and many areas of the motel closed, Including the gathering space for the nonexistent continental breakfast promised in their literature. Perhaps a discount should be forthcoming.

The place was a total dump. Filthy Dirty. When you sat down on the toilet it moved. The air conditioner was really loud and when it kicked on and off it woke us up every time. The bathroom was disgusting. The coffee in the room tasted old.

As expected for the price

staff was very friendly and welcoming. price point was great for the area. rooms were standard. furniture was relatively new.

needs updating and a deep clean. walls and touch points were visibly dirty. elevator and stairwells had not been cleaned in a long time. pocket doors for bathroom was beyond disgusting. I wasn’t expecting greatness for the price. it just needs a deep clean.

Nothing I booked this and asked the rep did they have a pool and continental breakfast I was told yes and neither was open or working I should get some type of refund credit or something and the front desk person was rude about the entire thing If this is the service you all are booking for I will never use you again and will tell my family and friends not to use you

Please update facts on sites regularly so as to avoid disappointment

The 25% discount for breakfast taken off the bill. Friendly morning reception staff on duty Sunday 20 Feb - directed me to the hidden wrapped breakfast items behind the counter

I requested a non-smoking room. Was initially put into one. Requested change. Was shown 3 rooms. Summary - only ONE of these rooms had been cleaned, other two obviously not cleaned according to standards and both smelt like smoke. Booking.com facts incorrect. Breakfast is not served. Also, no mention on booking.com of the Renovations The following facilities or services will be unavailable from December 9 2021 to May 31 2022 (dates subject to change): • Business center • Fitness facilities • Swimming pool Due to COVID-19, this property’s food and beverage options may be limited. The property will be renovating from September 3 2021 to May 31 2022 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected: • Fitness facilities • Swimming pool During renovations, the hotel will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance. A disappointing upset to my stay

The guy at the front desk was Nice enough.

Room was dirty. (Random leftovers in the fridge, dirty towels, what looked like blood on the curtain, cobwebs on the wall, and bugs) Hotel really needs some repairs. (Cracks in the walls, cracks in the tub, Holes in the carpet) Very gross
