You hace to update the check Out hours at the website... it's at 12 pm, the staff call me at the door to tell me the check out time was at 11 was really embarrassing

The shower did anything but work properly. the sheer head was so messed up it sprayed everywhere and the tub didn’t drain.

Breakfast was OK.

everything looked clean, but the moldy smell in the bathroom is still affecting my lungs. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night- front desk staff said it was a malfunction and that someone would be there to fix it but they never came. The furnace turned off and on several times during the night, which wasn't a problem. However when it came on it sounded like a plane getting ready to take off and when it turned off it sounded like the plane had reached its gate as if the engine had just turned off. Toilet overflowed once and tried to several other times during the day during our stay. I was really disappointed with the issues in our accessible room, #328. The room also had some knicks in the wall and wasn't attempted to be fixed plus the bed light did not work

The location was great!

There was graffiti everywhere. Our room was very hot and the air didn't work. The bathroom door was broken.

The toilet seat was. broken and the hot water was anything but hot!

There was another guest that was blasting their music at 11 pm. I called twice for someone to tell them to turn it down and nothing was done. Apparently they didn’t know what room. I have no idea how they couldn’t figure it out.

It was quiet. Location isn't bad kinda isolated, which means it's away from noise and traffic. Hotel worked for our one night quick stay.

They said breakfast went until 10 am when we checked in but closed at 9 am. The room seemed smaller than anticipated. Overall, it's not bad. We still enjoyed our stay.
