Overall my stay was good. I went to my event, ordered in the next night, and the room was comfy.

The location was convenient, I went to the Landers Center and it was only a few miles away. The highway was backed up but there was an alternative route from the same street as the hotel. The hotel provided flyer to local attractions and menus for local restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

It was inconvenient to get basic items. There were towels for the first night but none were provided for the next night. When I went to the front desk to get some they didn't have enough towels. I was instructed to stop housekeeping the next morning to get some. I ended up running to the store and buying my own face towels.

A very nasty and smelly place. It was unbelievable to see oil mixed up with dust all over the floor.

There wasn't anything to be liked about. Nasty all over.

This place was nasty. They have had sprayed the floor with some type of protective liquid. The floor was very oily all over with dust sitting all over the floor and tables. The sofa was not clean, and dust was all over. The electric went out in the morning about 9:00am before we wrap our clothes and before we check out. We couldn't sleep all night. The smoke of cigarette and cigarette smells were all over the room, the pillows, and the beds. The kids were throwing up all night because of the cigarette smell. The smell made us sick to our stomach.

More than expected

Very beautiful, spacious, clean room. Sky lights above bed, charging station on end tables, great TV channel selection (direct), air was great & quiet, Quiet area. Friendly staff. Grab n go breakfast.

My stay was really good. I was comfortable and i felt safe.

How clean it was .

Loud noises. Someone was running on the second floor and yelling early that morning.

The check in manager had a nasty attitude my room was not in their computer but it was in at booking.com confirmation number show up also but he still charged me a extra $60 for a room

New staff needed

The room was clean and smelled great. It's also a lot bigger than most hotel rooms. The rooms look exactly like the pictures. Lots of lighting, huge TV with DIRECTV and movie channels. Wifi was super fast too! Great location, quiet and safe.

The staff......manager, front desk and housekeeping are all assholes. They are the most dull, dry, unfriendly people I've ever met. There was a system error and they charged my card but swore up and down that the charge didn't go through. I even pulled up my account and showed them the charge was pending. I don't know if it was the language barrier or what but they didn't seem to understand what I was trying to explain to them. They were so rude and condescending about the situation when it wasn't even my fault. They told me to either pay with another card, pay cash or check out of the room. The charge was pending for TWO weeks until my bank finally voided it. The beds are awful. They feel like plywood. They only give you 2 really small thin pillows for each queen bed.

My stay was very uncomfortable but due to a heath issue i didn really complain

the lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating..

sheets on the bed were nasty and it had a bad order..

Very comfortable beds and spacious room.

Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure.

Rugs when you enter your room. The snow melted off our shoes all over the place. Also, there was only one towel in the entire room. No other towels whatsoever.

Nothing the smell of fabuloso couldn't be aired out.

Mildew a round tub. The handle on toilet broke. I reported it and he said yeah I've already besotted it. So he knew it was broke. They ran my card twice couldnt get their system to work I had to drive to get cash tobpay it toke about 2 hours to get checked in.

parking for 18 wheelers not so great. upon opening door to room found that cushions on love seat stained with sexual bodily fluids. also the no refund policy.
