It was all great until breakfast. Then we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
Hotel was nicely situated, easy to find and comfortable.
The woman working the desk the following morning was the worst I’ve ever seen. Berating an older gentleman just for asking for a receipt while she was cleaning up a coffee mess. Making loud nasty comments about people making messes. It was truly awful. The entire breakfast room was silent with the discomfort. My children were frightened by her tone and snapping. My 6 year old said it best “That lady was mean!!”

We had another reservation few days later - manager was the most accommodating person-
Very clean rooms Cleaning staff very pleasant and friendly
The lady that checked us in needed an attitude adjustment- not friendly - You have washers - needed change - who carry’s $4 with if quarters- she didn’t have any- and not her problem - not helpful

Great dog stay
The room was spacious enough for us. The parking lot and dog area were awesome.
Was not happy with the 24/7 coffee every time I went for a cup. The coffee was cold except for the morning coffee.

Pleasant
Room was clean when we arrived, and front desk dude was chill.
They didn't make up the room for the second night, however I got fully charged for the second night. Not equal services, tells me, not worth equal value.

It was so so.
Location. Close to north entrance of Yellowstone. Desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed was super comfy.
There was no elevator. Desk staff accommodated us by moving my 87 year old Dad on oxygen to 1st floor but we had to schlep all our stuff upstairs. Ice machine was broken. Leftover shampoo bottles in our shower. Floor in the room was dirty with crumbs etc. The worst part was all the long dog hairs all over our room. I am very allergic to dogs. Coughed and wheezed all night. Woke up very congested, sneezing and wheezing.

The location was perfect. Front desk personnel are very nice and friendly. The room was clean
We were there for 5 nights and never saw housekeeping. No clean towels or anything. Breakfast was pitiful. Our room key had to be replaced every night
