I would gladly stay here again.

Everything was delightful. Modern, clean, quiet, excellent WiFi, ample breakfast options (included), and a welcome laundry facility (not included). I was very pleased with the accommodations.

Nothing comes to mind.

Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

Ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Location is right off interstate which is nice. Bed was decently comfortable.

A/C unit was extremely loud. Carpet had stains and walls had crayon drawings and what appeared to be soda stains. Light above sink didn't work at all.

We will cross this motel off the list of places to stay when we travel to Billings.

The showerhead. The beds were made and there were clean towels in the room. The desk clerk did clean our room after we checked in. He was helpful.

The room was not clean after we were checked in, garbage in window sill, food still in refrigerator, garbage on floor. The eating area is so small, not good flow to get to plates and food.

The fact that they didn't honor my price through booking and tried charging me more then the property canceling my reservation and charging me $240. Do not stay here. They will rip you off

Very disappointed

The bed was comfortable

The curtains and carpet were stained and dirty. It looked like someone had dropped a soda that splattered the wall & curtains but was never cleaned up. The shower was dirty and there was a build up of crud around the seams. The toilet paper holder was broken. The room smelled stale.

Very poor

Breakfast wasnt that good! Also, beds looked dirty when we arrived to room. Had a hard time turning off water in shower. Not likely to book a room at Sleep Inn again. Plus, room had a funky smell.

Breakfast, cleanliness, everything was good on your end.

The neighbors directly upstairs from me were up ALL NIGHT!!! But of drug addicts, coming and going opening the doors and slamming it. I couldn't believe it!

Disgusting & disappointing

The room was dirty, dust on the coffee maker, a big hairball on the floor, sheets that look like they were wadded up, grounds were disgusting: dog poop & cigarette butts everywhere. Will never stay here again.

Some young boys-men were up & down the hallway. I smelled a pungent smell throughout the night. I think it was meth. I called & let the office know. She said she would let the manager know.
