After a long drive and hoping to get a good nights rest but we were very disappointed.

Nothing really. The bed looked clean.

The facility is old and in dire need of an update. Bathroom toilet ran continuously and looked bad in the bottom of bowl. Wouldn't use shower as the floor was very stained. Carpet was stained, desk chair was ragged. We laid a towel over the other chair to avoid setting on it.

Great visit. Hurse checked us in and was the smoothest check in I have ever had

The room was really great. Loved the layout for a solo person, very spacious and well put together

Finding the entrance was crazy. Do not pull into the car wash to enter!

Besoin de plus de propreté La douche et l’évier n’étaient pas propres. Il y avait des poils dans la douche. Les tapis sont tachés. Besoin de peinture La chaise de bureau malpropre

It was adequate and would stay again due to good price.

Room was fairly clean. A/C worked well. Bed was comfortable.

The entrance into the hotel property goes through construction area and a crazy road setup. Not the hotel fault. Just don’t like the road layout the city did. Apparently they don’t like straight roads with fewer medians. And the breakfast was ok but the juices didn’t taste like juice. They were either watered down or just something else??

From the moment we walked in the first night, the staff were all wonderful. During our stay, our sink got clogged, and they had it cleared right away.

Comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience

We stay at this hotel often. We have found it to be a safe, comfortable, and affordable choice for a weekend getaway. We highly recommend coming here. Great location, with shopping and restaurants just around the corner.

A longer breakfast time would be ideal. The cut-off time for breakfast is 9:00 a.m.

Great breakfast surprise!

I was so happy to see that they added sausage biscuits to the breakfast menu. Yes, you have to microwave them, but it's a nice addition. Thank you!

I always ask for extra towels as a special request, and that request has always been honored. However, the man that was on duty acted as though he had a problem with that. Had it not been for the female attendant who was passing by on her way out, who acknowledged that I always get extra towels, there would have been a problem.

Carpets cleaned on multiple floors earlier in day. Placed in room with drenched carpet. Who wants to walk around on wet carpet and get in bed? And light did not work. I had us moved to last room available on undone floor. In that room AC would not shut off. Wet feet or freeze. At midnight those were my options. I had reservations when I came. To much furniture in room.
