Location is great, staff was so friendly. Great, hot breakfast the 1st morning.

No gravy at breakfast the 2nd morning, the toilet was a little loose in our bathroom

No guide on the tv. We couldn't tell what show was playing on the tv or what it was rated. Housekeeping schedule was confusing. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Housekeeping only refilled our towels one time and took the trash once. Beds were never refreshed.

Property is wonderfully kept. The breakfast is always amazing. We frequent Boone a lot and always stay here.

It was kind of hard to sleep due to loud music in a room next to us until around 2-3am but that’s not the property owners fault.

We had a bad smell in the bathroom. It smelled of mildew and was probably the shower curtain.

The room was comfortable with slight peeling on the bathroom ceiling. TV and available channels helped me feel at home. Weather didn’t permit walking so we drove and it was convenient to most places we went. Quiet neighborhood during our visit.

Ice machine broke on floor 1. I learned a little too late and not through the motel Appalcart is available and FREE. Didn’t get any suggestions for eating, entertainment, or other activities. Wish I had checked out the breakfast so I can better plan our future visits.

Getting out of the parking lot onto the highway was difficult at times. The pool was right as you enter the building.

It was in a great spot. not far from places to eat or App State Uni. it was very affordable.

The hot breakfast has returned and was delicious every morning. The servers were friendly and attentive to the breakfast bar. Would give this area an A+. Bar was clean and well kept with plenty of food.

We've been staying at Comfort Suites since it was built. We love the location as it relates to the areas we like to visit when we're there. This time there were no rooms available on the first floor due to no cleaning staff. We were told there was only one housekeeper on duty, we never saw anyone fitting that description on the 3rd floor where we were placed. We were told if we needed anything to fill out what we needed and hang it on our door. We did so and it was still on the door 2 days later. We finally took it down to the desk and was told that it would be given to the housekeeping staff and items would be brought the next day. At 3 pm the next day my husband went back to the front desk to see if they could just give him the toiletries and they handed him toilet paper, tissues and trash bags. Not sure why they couldn't have done that earlier. I realize if you have little or no staff that things can get behind. The hall carpet near us was filthy. Caked mud that had fallen off someone's work boots laid outside our door the entire time we were there. I wanted to clean it up but my husband kept saying the sweeper would get it. Not. We really hate to see this property fall into disrepair. In all the years we've been staying at CS, we've never seen this type of service so we're hoping this is an off-season, isolated event. We do love to stay here and it's very affordable. We also know that basic comforts need to be met if we continue to come back.

The front desk staff was rude, rooms were not cleaned during our stay because the housekeeping staff did not show up for work so we had to go get towels and soap from the basement, huge stains on the floor in our room, wifi was down a lot, the heated pool was cold and never had towels, the bath faucet was coming out of the wall
