The desk clerk David is a racist and watches the camera all night to see how many times you leave your room or go anywhere to that matter which is kind of creepy. I try to extend my stay for another day and was told that I couldn't due to "excess traffic" to and from another room. I asked for a rule book and he couldn't provide a rule book stating what "excess traffic" is. But he explained to me that I went from one room to another to many times therefore I couldn't extend my stay. Called Choice they said that they called to the facility and that they didn't want to discuss the incident because I had already checked out of the room.

The room above use was loud. The ceiling was falling apart.

Location was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable and a great value.

Great location to restaurants, stores, etc. Desk personnel were friendly.

Room was old and dated and smelled like stale chlorine. The tank lid on the toilet was oversized by several inches and hid the flush handle. The juice and coffee machines were out of order as well as lobby restrooms.

I have stayed at alot of hotels in my 30 year construction career. This was by far the quickest most efficient checkin I ever had. The man at front answered my wifi questions very quick and was informative and very polite. The breakfast was ok but the room was clean bed was comfortable and I just can not describe how polite and very friendly man at front desk waS. I will be recommending this hotel location to all my business associates and family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I felt like I never left home. Will Putnam jr

There was not hot water and room needed a up date

I liked the ample parking and being able to park right outside of our room on the first floor. The bed was very comfortable. The price was great for a king suite. It was close to everything you could want.

The tub had hairs in it and on the edge. Only two towels and there were three of us. Very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Not enough for 3 heads.

Bed was comfortable.

Noise from inconsiderate neighbors, breakfast was lacking, everything was luke warm, except the crappy coffee.

Location was good and there was a good breakfast provided.

Location was good but the property is showing age. Bathroom floor was wet (don't know the source)and door jamb was rusting.

I loved the jacuzzi and that it was a smoking room.

The breakfast food service person was just plain mean and horrible. Her treatment of people and just horrible demeaning way she responded to me when I told her the coffee cream was no good. Another person came to me and said the same thing. When one of the cleaning ladies came for food and coffee and complained about cream the food service witch went to the back and came out with new cream just for her. I never been to place where the people working there ate at same time much less get better service.

Nothing I was asked to leave 2 hrs after I got there. The room didn't have heat and no one came to fix it.

The price and the helpful staff were good

It's just in desperate need of a renovation. It's super dated and the breakfast was a little sketchy and even though stuff was generally clean, it's so old and dingy it's hard to tell. Also, bed was super uncomfortable.
