The room was not clean and the pool did not look clean

It was filthy room bathroom not cleaned tolilet had old stains and mirror

the manager was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some issues.

where to even start - we got there around 1 am the night we stayed and the room was sticky wet, there was barely any air condition running, we woke up feeling quite literally wet. we left to get breakfast and came back to our room to find workers in our room replacing the AC unit and had 'cleaned' our room without ANY NOTICE, no warning, no phone call no anything that anyone would be in our room and they were in there with all of our belongings. while looking for a very precious item to us, we found a TON of cockroaches EVERYWHERE - under the bed, around the fridge. when this was brought to the staffs attention nothing was done aside from giving us the GM's phone number, there were no security cameras at all around the place other than in the lobby and the secure was of this place is a JOKE. the place was absolutely disgusting and CLEARLY unsafe for my family to stay in. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

I asked for an upper balcony room and was given bottom floor. Which is charged the same amount to only see the parking lot and a dune. If I knew this I could have saved 150 and got a room without a balcony. It was useless. The bathroom ceiling was coming down and the shower curtain was ripped. There were pieces of the wall missing in the bathroom.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no one to even talk to as the kiosk checked us out.

The price that’s it!

We decided not to go for multiple reasons. One main reason was that we continued to communicate with Booking.com to get in touch with the hotel and we could never get in touch with the hotel. The hotel called us last minute on the day that we were supposed to check in literally two hours before I check in, so our questions and concerns that we had been trying to communicate previously all week never got addressed then when we communicated our situation when we talked to them, they still tried to charge us even though we didn’t go and even though we and booking.com tried to communicate with them several times I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
