Needed to be close to the hospital for my mother and this was very safe and comfortable at the end of a long day by her

Very comfortable room, outside entry (I hate going through a lobby every time I forget and have to get something from my car) and great front desk staff! Nice breakfast area and fabulous coffee!!!

The stay was OK just not nothing extra ordinary and not exactly what I was expecting!

It was close to ECU.

The pool was out of order which was one of the main reasons of staying there, it was clean, but not as clean as it could be.

It was better than I expected.

The breakfast was excellent. The young lady checked me in was so pleasant. The room was decent.

I didn’t like the working out outside my room in the morning. The housekeeper came to ask me about cleaning I said yes we about to leave out. She stated ok I be back. After coming in after being out all day . Thinking I was going to have a clean room when I got back dirt towels bed a mess. Had to go to front desk for clean towels.

horrible!!!! we left early. meaning we didn’t stay until Monday 20, 2023

the room (#131) was very dirty,bed clothes were stained with blood and other stains, they didn’t mop the floors, they were absolutely disgustingly filthy and sticky.the coffee maker had black dirty water, which smelled horribly ( probably why our room smelled. we went to East Carolina University to watch our granddaughter pitch for Ohio State University, we gotten back to the room , all they did was took our towels gave us new, but failed to mop the floors, clean the tub, toilet, and sink plus didn’t make or change our sheets comforter etc. the heat/air was loud sometimes it worked. the breakfast we weren’t pleased with, everything required microwaving, weekdays breakfast hrs 6-9 a.m. I went down to get coffee and breakfast the lady had removed items at 8:30 AM. a young lady I was talking to while waiting to make waffles asked the lady for bananas, lady told the young lady no more bananas. Friday night people were drinking, yelling, laughing all night until 3:30 a.m. Saturday night was same thing yelling, screaming drinking until 3:30 a.m.

I didn’t like the property only thing was nice was an area for my service dog to go potty and the tables and bbq to cook on .

Good place to stay, easy to access most of the town.

Good location , close to all we needed. People very friendly and helpful.

1st the Front door was broken, the From smelled like weed, the people where shady , a lot of drugs and booze. We left and didn’t even stay overnight
