It’s convenient but VERY run down especially in the rooms.

I’d pay $120 a night but not almost $400 a night for state basketball like we did!

It was nice being connected to the mall n it had a pool n a bar.

The doors n walls were scratched up, n our door handle was messed up!

Good for kids

My kids had a blast, and that was the reason for the trip in the first place, so thats what mattered most. Between the arcade and the pool, and being connected to the mall, they were busy the entire time.

It wasn't the cleanest. Our bedding had stains on it, and the curtains had a large blood looking stain. The hot tub seemed like the chlorine was kinda strong. And one of my daughters and her friend ended up with chemical burns.

Our room was good - comfortable bed and pillows. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The water park was dirty - the stairs leading up to the water slides were covered in algae? Mold? I don’t really know but they looked gross.

Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately it started off with dirty bedding. We called desk & they did bring up new sheets & blankets , but not a good start. Your shower is rusting. We have stayed in your hotel, for the convenience of shopping & pool. But the gates to the mall closed exactly when stores closed so you couldn’t get back without going outside & around. & they decided to change the close time of the pool without notice so we missed out on that too . Very disappointing.

Good rooms but don’t go for the waterpark

The rooms were pretty good

However, the waterpark REALLY needs an update as all of the other reviews state. My 3 year old was playing in the kids area of the waterpark and was going down the little frog and duck slides. Both of the slides had large areas of chipped paint that were sharp and they cut her leg and butt as she was going down. They really need to fix these!

The water park was pretty filthy which I understand must be hard to keep clean everyday but I’ve seen it much cleaner. Also- it seems like they are always out of towels.

Disappointing but okay.

Our room was spacious and bed comfy. Lots of pillows!

I was very disappointed in the splashdown water park area. It seemed like an injury/lawsuit waiting to happen. Chipped paint, kids slipping all over the place, the stairs were so rusted over I was worried they might break, kiddy pool area had murky water and parts, areas not in use. I use to work at splashdown and was so sad to see the condition it is in now. Also, spent over $100 in the arcade and half the games didn’t work. Swipe your card, spend $1 and nothing happens. No note or compensation.

Don’t stay here.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. I’m guessing the reviews stating that this place is great and clean, are coming from people whom don’t have standards in life. The caulking around the toilet looks like it’s the original caulking from when it was built, the bathroom has rust built up around the metal parts of it, tiles cracked. The whole time I was sleeping I thought a bed bug was going to jump on me thus not a good night’s rest. It smelled horribly of pee. All in all, the pictures are deceiving and the reviews come from people with no standards. This hotel should only be charging $30/night.

the stay was good, there was just a few thing that was upsetting. there was never food at the breakfast when we went dow

the location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of places

that it was connected to the mall. but everything is very run down and needs some maintenance and paint and the pool needs a big pick me up.

Would not go back-

The location was good-staff was nice and friendly-

Room was not the cleanest, and I had some terrible loud noises from a pipe above my room, which kept me awake. The water park was so disgusting. The pools were dirty and cloudy, with actual debris in them, and the stairs going to water slides had mold growing on many steps! And I’m talking noticeable mold not just a little.
