Breaking in

House keeping tried breaking the lock to get in when I was asleep. They said something was leaking in to the room below me but I didn't see them fix anything.

Location and breakfast was good.

The room smelled like dirty laundry. The bathroom caulk and shower curtain needs help.

I have stayed in many motels in my life and this is way down there nd might actually be th worst for the money I paid.

Close to rodeo which was the reason for the trip.

Dirty, run down. Killed a 2 inch centipede running down wall. Would never stay again. Totally overpriced.

Room good, staff good, building not so

Room was clean, beds were good everything worked. Breakfast was better than some more fresh fruit would be great.

Hotel showing serious signs of lack of care on outside. First impressions were not good. Weed control or lack there of. Painting, repairing damage to building. Lighting in parking lot or total lack of. Needs TLC. Just cleaning the lift and it's track would be a start.

Convenient place but needs to keep the smell away.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel smells horrible from the moment you walk in from the front to all the way to the room.

it’s was clean and nice and quiet, and the breakfast had very good choices.

the bell carts are not very steady

The room was very large. Good lighting and comfortable bed.

There was only one desk clerk who had to answer the phone. This slowed down my checkin. Howeverv the clerk was calm and pleasant to everyone although he was very busy.

very unclean, bathtub floor looks like had been caulked and was rough

everything is old , toilet had different color seat and that was broken too, second floor we were on smelled awful, we were going to leave but we were so tired. Door frames paint peeling, bathroom lock on door handle half was missing. bed had small square pillows like 10 x 10 inches.

I didn't end up staying at the hotel

The price and location were good

There were renovating the property. The rooms was dirty when I first arrived and I had to switch rooms.

Nice place to stay!

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, breakfast looked great although we didn’t choose to eat at the hotel. I loved the location. It was down a quiet street across from a little farm.

Fire alarm went off early in the morning. When I read reviews of the hotel, it appears this is a trend.

Superb

We absolutely love the staff, beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is great. You can make your own waffles (strawberry or plain. There is always sausage and eggs, oatmeal muffins, yogurt fresh fruit and bread for toast. You have your choice not hit tea coffee or orange juice.The Comfort Inn is our hotel of choice to just get away for the night and we only live 30 minutes from it.

We have noticed though that the facility has been looking a little dirty lately. Our bathroom around the shower was mold residue and the light fixture in the bathroom was missing the cover. Also there were a pair of sunglasses left in our room which makes me feel like housekeeping might not of been thorough when cleaning the room. Note for BOOKING.COM - you sent me multiple emails telling me I was a tier two status and was eligible for a room upgrade. I tried for over an hour to book the king suite with hot tub at comfort inn and BOOKING site kept giving me an error message saying my banking information couldn't be loaded. I called the property directly and they said they don't understand why because they had plenty of this rooms available. So due to time restraints I went back on BOOKING and opted to just take a regular room and funny the site was able nto load my banking information that time. I use BOOKING for all our travel needs and stays and don't expect that from your site.. That's enough to make me think about changing sites.

I was bit by bed bugs and asked for a refund and was denied.
