Fine, except for the coffee.

The coffee machine in the room made terrible coffee. We tried multiple times, but it always came out like colored water.

I would’ve stayed elsewhere if I knew the pool was not going to be available

Rooms were clean, staff extremely sweet and attentive to needs

The pool was not in service. I was expecting to be able to swim since I knew it would be very hot weather

Comfy and clean

The facility seemed newer and very clean. It was close to the university and convenient for our needs.

The water was all sold out at the vending machine.

Breakfast was very good. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The room was large as was the bathroom.

The room should have had at least one more comfortable, lounge chair with a reading lamp

Aside from being overcharged, we were happy with the stay.

Location was conveniently located just off the highway. The breakfast was fresh and hot with an attendant keeping it stocked and clean. The coffee was great! Usually we have to go looking for a Starbucks because most hotel coffee is bland, but this was so good we filled our thermos before heading out to BDA. Oh yeah, and we stayed on the third floor and were really impressed by the powerful water pressure in the shower!

I was quoted a total price of $130.16 by Booking.com but when we checked out we were charged $141.66! Did not like that! Their base rate was $115.75, that's $25.91 in TAXES!!Ridiculous!!

Nice place

Good breakfast, clean room, nice furnishings, good shower, quiet.

Did not like the European style blanket. Either too hot with it, or too cold without it. Just a regular quilt/blanket would be better. Also, no one at front desk for 15 minutes while guests waited to check in.

wouldn’t stay there again

the location and the breakfast was good but the waffle maker was broken

the staff at the front desk dress way too sloppy and casual. we had an accessible room(which we didn’t need) and when you had a shower the water ran out the bathroom into the main room

The staff was very helpful, the room was located conveniently, the room was exceptionally clean, the bed was super comfortable.
