Property was dirty furniture was falling apart. Towels were worn out . TV remote didn’t work! Replacement didn’t either! Won’t book it again!

Everything old was and dirty!! Breakfast boiled eggs were brown looked like they’re boiled kept for many days! I was so disappointed didn’t want to take pictures just wanted to leave .

The room was nasty the sink leaked so if u washed ur hands or brush ur teeth the water went on the floor on ur feet. I was traveling from SC for an Event an I called the property to let them know I was running late at aprox 10pm my reservation was canceled an still charged me for the room!! When the man at the window told me it was canceled I tried to get another room I was charged for. At that time he tried to charge me again plus 100$ deposit!!! The Conclusion. Absolutely Nothing Missed The Event I Had An The Worst Night Ever!! #DontStayThere #IWillSleepInMyCarFirst

The location was great for where we were traveling to.

It was a little cold and the heater ran constantly. It would run for what seemed about a minute turn off for 10 seconds and then kick back on. Not a huge deal once we got use to the sound.

Nothing. It was way overpriced for what we endured

Beds were filthy with dirt in them. Blood stains on the bed spread cigarette burns on fitted sheet and blankets. Hairs throughout the bed. Faucet not achored down broken molding we kept catching socks on. Water running behind bed due to moisture near extension cords. Mold around the tub. Had to call to get tv and hot tub working

I arrived in a rainstorm. There were very few cars in the lot. The first room I was given had standing water in the bathroom sink. I came back to the office, and was switched to another room that had a stuffed toilet with poo in it. When I came back to the office a second time I was told to wait outside in the cold while the desk attendant checked the situation. When he came back he let me into the office and asked if I wanted a refund. I said, "It's late and it's raining. What I want is an acceptable room." He switched me to a third room. It was dark and dingy but I stayed anyway because I was exhausted.

Great location. Decent sized clean rooms. Close to many businesses.

I didn't like the idea about the bathroom situation(eg. not equipped for a handicapped person in which I happen to be in that position)!! The toilet is too low to then floor.

It was filthy! We were in the shower, and wondered why the water was turning black, when we realized it was due to walking barefoot in our room.! The soles of our feet were black! There was a burn hole in our completely wrinkled up sheets and a stain on them! It was disgusting. we both agreed, that we had never stayed in such a nasty hotel room before! There was No Maid service too. They had stated breakfast was included but when we arrived, we were told they weren’t offering it due to COVID.

Quick response to issues in the room. The refridgerator wasn't working. I went to eat and it was replaced by the time I got back, maybe 30 minutes since I only went next door.

There was a leaky faucet and for a non smoking room it smelled of terrible smoke.

We stayed here while cycling the Erie Canal, and only because it was rainy weather; otherwise we'd have camped at Green Lakes State Park. The room was large enough to fit our bikes in, and Trader Joe's was very close by for some food. They were able to meet our request for a ground floor room.

It was close to food outlets, which is important because, although it advertises breakfast there is NOTHING there. I will only book hotels with breakfast included, minimally. This was rated with only 2 stars so I only had expectations of a prepacked breakfast with coffee and muffins, for example. But there was nothing here, possibly because the reception area was being "renovated".

Where do I start? Let's just say NOTHING! It's reasonable to assume that, with the DANGERS OF COVID being so prevalent, CLEANLINESS is the basic minimum expectation of ANY hotel. This place was DISGUSTING! IT WAS UNUSABLE and I'm not happy that I lost a night's cost on the refund - THEY'RE LUCKY I DIDN'T INCUR MEDICAL COSTS. Sadly we didn't take photos of our room, just the upgraded offering...
