Ma famille est dans de bonnes mains chez Clarion Inn

Le personnel super gentil et souriant,la propreté de la chambre super,et le top de top le petit déjeuner , vraiment excellent , le monsieur que s’occupe de la salle 10/10 .

Les2 seul point négatif que je pourrais mentionner c’est l’odeur à humidité dans le corridor au rdc vers les chambres, et les bruits des marches et portes , sinon súper hôtels pour se reposer.Je retournerai c’est sûr merci.

I have stayed there b4 but won’t stay there ever again

Hot tub and pool were nice

Breakfast was terrible little to no effort put into it kids running over my head all night and it sounded like people we’re bowling above me I left after 2 nights and went to another hotel

Nicely equipped, comfortable hotel near Lake George and surrounding attractions.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Walls and ceiling were a little thin and you could hear people walking upstairs

Overall a great trip

I like the convenience of the location and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The pool area should be updated. Seems to be really old. The shower could use more water pressure.

Last minute stay/roadtrip stop

Bed was comfortable. The room rate was reasonable. It was quiet.

Bathroom door and closet door were dirty. Honestly, I think the room was just old, but cleaning the doors and bathroom floor better would have helped me feel better about it. Lots of light comes though door into room. The hotel is a couple of miles away from lake.

We were there to shop at the outlets. This hotel is in walking distance to all the outlets. It was very convenient. I must say that the staff at this hotel were very nice.

Rooms could be updated they are too dark. Also no fault of the hotel the internet was down which was kind of inconvenient the lady at the front desk was doing her best to get it fixed.

I loved the location and rooms were very well maintained and the pool and spa were awesome plus the staff was very nice and accommodating

the back step part by entrance D needs to be adjusted a little more for a better step up

Won’t stay there again

It was blah. They served the same food for two days. Other places I’ve stayed changed it up so you weren’t eating the same thing.

I’ve stayed there before and it was really nice. Since it sold it has gone down hill.

Amazing staff

The staff was amazing and a super convenient location. Our room was very big and had awesome choices for the free breakfast.

The hot tub was cold and dirty and the jacuzzi tub in our room was filled with brown gunk.

the jetted tub didn’t work the room was cool no matter what temp it was set on the pool was freezing and the hot tub was colder then the bath water in the room.

the hot tub didn’t work and had chosen a hotel with a hot tub and called ahead to make sure it was working. when we got there it was gross looking warm and the jets didn’t work.

Restfull we were tired

Rooms were clean .

I booked at the clarion in lake George, but found a note on the door stating I had to go down the road to the George hotel ! I booked in advance ! And was never told about this change ! We are not from the area , it’s cold outside there especially at night . I’m recovering from cancer treatment . The toilet is very close to the floor and is hard to sit down or get up. There are no safety rails to get in or out of the shower area , I’m saying I’m invalid but for older folks it is not easy using the bathroom facilities.

The breakfast was delicious!! Plenty of options to choose from. Everyone was very cordial & helpful.
