Disappointing

So dirty. Rude front desk. Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Broken gym equipment. So disappointing.

Never will stay here again.

Decent quiet convenient.

The price was good for the property. It’s comparable to the quality inn where we usually stay because we bring our dog. The quality inn was actually $100 more. It’s decent. Rooms we’re clean and good size the front entry way was nice and very convenient in the middle of town.

The interior is a little dingy in the hallway a slight smell but not terrible. The pool wasn’t opened because it needed 24 hours to clean but we weren’t told that or given a discount. Someone complained but they didn’t really do anything except say sorry maybe the manager helped her out idk. Also the chef may or may not be there for a warm breakfast they didn’t know. However, they do offer free continental breakfast. My husband and I call it the maybe hotel. Lol

The breakfast looked good although I didn't have time to sit down and enjoy it. The staff was very friendly.

The lighting in the hallways was very dim, it felt a bit unsafe. The tub didn't drain well so you were standing in dirty water for the duration of the shower.

Never Again will I stay at a Clarion hotel .

Location

Dirty room, carpet was damp, old clothes hanging in closet. My feet were black from walking in room. The parking lot looked like the streets of Baghdad, huge and deep holes in parking lot. You almost needed a 4x4 vehicle to get through. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am . It was in the lobby but the staff had No idea why .

It served its purpose

It’s location is perfect.

It’s outdated, extremely dingy, smells unclean. This was a gorgeous addition to the town when built 22 years ago. Now it’s the same as it was then. There have been no renovations or updates yet the rates climb

Disappointing

I liked that they had board games in the breakfast area and free bananas in lobby. Location was good.

The pool was very small, smelled poisonous and didn't look very clean. The rooms need updating. Tubs need handrails - hard for people to get in and out of a jacuzzi style tub. Pull out sofas need to actually pull out and be functional.

Won’t be staying there again and won’t reccomend

Room was clean

Very noisy group outside in courtyard/street. Yelling and screaming till 3a. At breakfast a person came in using a guest room key and staff yelled at them making them leave stating they couldn’t be there at hotel. Staff then proceeded to very loudly call the guest in Room 308 a Mr Ballinstine and yelled at them for the person using their key. Demanding the registered guest leave. Very unprofessional.

Nice hotel in the heart of Oneonta

Nice hotel in a very nice area that was convenient to everything. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Restaurant/Bar was not open. Hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Very good

Staff was extremely friendly and nice, and the location was convenient. The room itself was comfortable and it was mostly well kept by the housekeeping staff, and had limited problems with garbage piling up.

Mainly, the moldy coffee pot that was in my room. I'd suggest doing something about that. Also, the breakfasts at times were fairly limited but I made do.

Disappointing

Location is a plus for this hotel and Mary was very accommodating.

Rooms are very run down and need a makeover. Mold and stains in shower, carpet in room a mess, lampshades need to be replaced. Hot tub in room barley drained and jets didn’t work. Sofa was dirty and ripped and wouldn’t even sit on it .

Location is good if you don't want to drive

Prime location right near the bars and main street,

Lots of outside noise can be heard all night, didn't seem very clean, noticed the carpet and furniture was gross looking soon as i arrived, the beds both had mattress toppers that were too small so that was awkward to sleep on and the box spring moves and sags so every time you move in bed the entire bed moves and twists, The Hampton Inn is much nicer if you don't mind being on the edge of town,

It was right down town. Close to everything. Plenty of parking.the breakfast was good.

Hallway carpets extremely stained. Our bathroom fan didn't work. The toilet flapper was bad and it ran all the time. The beds made all of our backs hurt. The incidental hold was 330$. Wouldn't stay there again. Three nights for 541$....way more than it was worth.
