This was a great place to stay especially for a last-minute trip.

Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The room was a very nice size. I always look at the condition of the bath towels. They were in very good condition with no old stains or signs of wear. My travelling partner gets very cold and it was good to see that the air conditioning/ heating unit was working perfectly. The selection and quality of the free breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

There were a couple things that prevent me from giving the facility a perfect score. I saw from previous comments that some outlets do not work. This is what I encountered in the room. When I spoke to the clerk when checking out, she mentioned that there was a light switch which operates the outlets. But that was not apparent. The other issue I had was the door lock was not fully secured. It needed a new plate. However, I was able to secure the room from the inside with the additional locks.

I will Never get or recommend a room at the comfort inn

I did not stay at the comfort inn I got another room at a different hotel. Comfort inn was extremely dirty .. mildew and moisture filled the room with a terrible smell and mold around the base of the shower. The mattress was hard and not clean .. it was covered with a mattress pad. I understand that with booking.com rooms are non refundable.. I will not use booking.com again .. I was very dissatisfied

Great spot, right off the highway.

Stayed here 50 times over the last 40 years. Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice free breakfast. I stayed 5 nights & will be booking again next week. Great value for what you pay.

The room was too warm and we couldn’t get the temp down. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The experience would have been okay except for the heat problem.

Be vigilant and check everything including your credit card.

It was fairly close to Cleveland Clinic. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. When I checked in the lady was nice and polite. She let us know that there was free breakfast starting at 6am.

They don't have enough luggage rack movers(to get bags from car to room). There's no fridge or microwave in the room. The drapes don't close, for privacy. The day I checked out, the housekeeper had to wake up the clerk. Then he messed it up and I got charged double. Housekeeper tried to keep my family from eating the free breakfast, cause she told us it was for guest and then she said it was for working men. It took me a week to get the extra charges off my credit card. I had to call the hotel three times and my credit card company three times.

The location was great, staff was friendly, and parking was very secure.

Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast with limited selection: eggs, waffles, bakery items… I chose the location because it was very close to a family event. There were many nice restaurants close by. The room was very quiet: no noise from outside or the hallway. The air conditioning unit was also quiet.

Air freshener would help. Two of the pillows had a bad smell.

Breakfast was great!

The door on our room didn't shut properly, they didn't have any extra towels and we had to wait an hour before they would have some. The rooms were not all filled, they could have went into another room and grabbed some for us and the sheets were stained and torn on both beds. The mattress was comfy.

Clean, comfortable and a good value.

Great location, tucked away on a hill perhaps a quarter mile from I-77 and I-480. My room was spacious and quiet--I never heard another guest while inside my room. I enjoyed the eggs and sausage for breakfast, and the pastries were good as well. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool or the exercise room, so I can't comment on those. I would definitely recommend this hotel for others traveling alone.

3rd floor ice machine was empty the 2nd night of my stay.

I would rate this property as fair. I was expecting better for the price.

The breakfast was good. Lots of variety to choose from.

The place was run down and the room had a peculiar, musty smell. The mattress and pillows were mushy and offered no support.
