Said it slept 5 but only 2 double beds

First room had wet carpet and smelled like bleach. Second room was dirty with no bathroom light and floor was slippery. Receptionist was grumpy.

The lobby was very presentable. Then it went downhill

Ok, $197 a night for a “motel” (doors to the outside). is ridiculous! The room smelled of bleach horribly, it was so damp the carpet was wet and sticky (gross)! The blinds had duct tape on them! The bathroom was dingy and had mold on the shower wall! I am not a picky traveler at all but I was so uncomfortable in this room that I did not sleep worrying about bedbugs and outside intruders. It was just my young daughter and I and I stayed awake as the protector. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The price was good however the breakfast selection could have been more generous.

The brown bag to go breakfast was a little insulting. Also the coffee provided in the room did not have any condiments to go with it, so travel to the office was still necessary.

Nothing. I didn’t like anything

I reserved a room online for a king size bed for my family and myself. They were out. So we had to get a double bed room. I asked if I would get the same price for what I picked. She seemed annoyed with me asking. She did give it to me so it will be cheaper in the end. I was never told where my room was. I had to walk around the whole location. Beds had stains on the covers. We open the book to tell us where things are and people wrote in it on how bad the room is. Never going back here again

The room we were moved too was nice.

The original room we were put in was horrible. The door would barely open, the AC didn’t work, stains everywhere and the smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and sitting in a dresser drawer.
