You already got it - checked in at 530pm, checked out at 8am next days

IN town overnight on a business trip. I have stayed here before, met my expectations. Only downside is price way (over $200), when it was much less a few months ago when I stayed

Superb

I didn’t arrive until almost morning. I was exhausted. The woman that helped me made check-in so pleasant and easy. She made sure I had something to take for breakfast. I appreciate her kindness. I was so exhausted I didn’t catch her name, but I would like to thank her for helping a tired traveler and her daughter.

This hotel has potential to be nice, it’s run down and needs TLC

Good location

Faucet broken in bathroom, screen had big rip, spa not working. Staff was friendly but overworked. Carpet was dirty needs a deep cleaning.

Location was perfect. Very old needs some updating. You could tell it was cleaned but needs a deep clean and some new floors and paint.

The feel of a old hospital and needing some deep cleaning.

The location of inn was good for my purposes.

I have stayed in Comfort Inns before and this one was not up to par. Yes, things were clean but worn. There was no extra roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Breakfast was ok. Kleenex ran out and not replaced before we left.

Stay excellent! Recommendation for food excellent as well.

Comfortable chair in room. Beds comfortable. Clean and bright.

Called hotel direct before booking with you. Was quoted a rate twice yours. Glad I checked with booking.com.

Very good

Breakfast was good. Every day they had scrambled eggs. Some days had sausages, other days biscuits and gravy. Every day there were muffins, cereal, bread, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, ok, apple and cranberry juice and waffles you could cook yourself . The rooms were clean with plenty of towels. The housekeeping people were friendly when we passed them in the hallway. They always had fresh fruit in the lobby available if you wanted it. The bathroom door was squeaky. They fixed it right away when we mentioned it.

They forgot to add more coffee packets in the room. They didn't automatically clean the room every day, just every 3 days, but when we asked for it, they did it with a smile. They didn't have any extra suitcase racks-Only one in the room and we needed two.

Overall, stay was fine. Not amazing, but nice for a quick stop.

Just a quick stop to sleep for a 17-hr drive. Location was great, breakfast was good. Beds were pretty comfortable.

The bathroom was locked when we arrived, so had to get someone to open it. They were quick to, so it was fine.

The person who made breakfast was very sweet and asked how our stay was.

The candy in the vending machine got stuck.

Great room; great price.

The room was spacious and clean. There were lots of stations available on the tv.

The parking lot entrance is a bit funky and potentially dangerous without much room to pull out of traffic quickly.

It was a rather large room. It was nice and quiet. We had gone for my nephews Robotic Tournament and Hockey Games and expected there to be a lot of rowdy children. But all the children staying were very well behaved. We travel quite often, and these things are one of the downsides to traveling.

The hot tub was not working when we were there. That was the main reason we chose that hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. After sitting on bleachers all day, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but alas, it was not working. There was not eta on when it would be fixed. Just for future reference.

Wanted a hotel with indoor pool so I made a reservation for to the hotel for checked in and went to use the pool to find out it was closed!

The bed was comfortable

The property itself is old and dated. We couldn’t get the knob on the shower to work.
