Enjoyed our stay.

Friendly service, clean comfortable room, nice pool and good breakfast.

The area was in a industrial area but outside the immediate area was a little sketchy. Althoigh we felt very aafe in the immediate area.

Great for our one night stay.

Super comfortable bed and bedding. Sufficient breakfast to get you started for the day.

Went to the other Comfort Suites near Hawthorne first. Totally my error but it was confusing. Two of the same hotel brands located fairly close to each other. This hotel is located far back from the access road and you may pass the entrance before realizing you should have turned in.

A clean & comfortable hotel near the intersection of hwy I-5 & OR hwy 22.

I'm familiar with this particular Comfort Suites and this is a repeated stay. The location is close to the intersection of OR hwy 22 and hwy I-5 with I-5 on and off ramps going north and south and is easy to find. An affordable, clean & quiet room with a comfortable bed, TV, microwave oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, free password wi-fi, an ironing board, a hot & cold self-serve breakfast, adequate parking, plus a nearby post office, airport, numerous restaurants and retail stores are my major reasons for coming back to this hotel.

I would like the self-serve breakfast to include some milk and dry cereal choices.

Curtains in room did not close for privacy sake. Could use black outs or at least full closure ones that actually meet in the middle.

The hotel seemed understaffed, but the staff that was there were very nice.

The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. The room was spacious and what we expected.

Our bathroom had some issues. We found a white pill up above the iron in the bathroom. We threw it away. It made us uneasy. The toilet had some issues. The flush mode did not work well, so we had a toilet problem flushing. We had to ask for a plunger. It did not work the remainder of our time at the hotel. We had to reach into the tank to flush the toilet each time it was used. We did inform the hotel staff, but no one ever came to look at it or help us. We were given a $40 discount but still were not happy with this. We felt the hotel was understaffed as the trash in our room was not removed and we were not given fresh towels. We had to request them from the main desk. Overall it was an OK stay.

Pretty good, except for the beetles.

The location was great, and our family really enjoyed the indoor heated pool.

Our room had carpet beetles and they followed us home.

Our front desk guy Jeremy was great and the bed was comfortable!

The hot tub was barely warm and very dirty! It wasn't filled and the bottom had dirt all over the bottom! I was super bummed about that. Then in the morning I went to take a shower and the water was barely warm enough to be able to handle a shower! I was very disappointed!

Location just feels safe. Staff is the best. Well kept and comfortable. Good nights rest.

No towel hooks or bars to hang your towel to use over again. Bathtub slick , needs some kind of traction or mat.

Great stay except for the second night when people were being very load.

it was in a convenient location The room was spacious

The only thing we didn’t like - and it had nothing to do with the property - some people were roaming the hallways at 4am being very load and cussing. We couldn’t sleep so we got up early and left.

Nice staff

Very very noisy.?on first floor. Awake due to noice above on and off until 3:30 am. Paid a weekend rate not to sleep. The breakfast area was a mess. Had to clean own table, never saw one table wiped up. Very disappointed due to online ratings.

Rodney the front desk guy was super helpful and friendly! This was the best comfort inn I've ever stayed at! Pool and hot tub here nice room was fantastic! Breakfast was meh .. but still an awesome stay
