It worked for what we needed.

All of the staff we encountered were so sweet. The location was perfect for what we needed in Coos Bay, it is also right next to a ton of stores and food places.

The room was very dirty, the baseboards had built up dust on them, there were dead bugs in the bathroom window, and the bath rub looked extremely dirty. I feel like the way the room is set up gives it a weird feeling overall.

worse place in town.

Nothing.

Road washed out. Couldn't get there. Management would not issue a refund. These people are foreigners. Very unfriendly. I tried to negotiate, Manager hung up the phone on me. Don't stay here.

Beautiful hotel, don't miss

The hotel was beautifully decorated. Rich, lush lobby with in impressive winding stone surrounded staircase. The eating area was crafted to resemble the belly of a boat. The crews galley. Fantastic, bring your young pirates here!! The room was a suite. Impressive with a separate lounging area and a backdoor to the courtyard. The was hotel must've been impressive in its time.

Mold on the backdoor and wall there. Carpet old and ewwwe... comfortable beds. The kitchenette is really just microwave and small fridge.

Overpericed for the accommodations.

Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly.

The second story room was bare and depressing. The vinyl flooring had been upgraded but that was it. Furniture was old and worn, bathroom facilities were old and there was not one decorative print on the walls. It was COLD, bare and very unwelcoming room. Couldn't wait to leave.

Once you started looking around I think they could use better preventive maintenance there was a lot of little things that were just not right a little more pride in workmanship when repairing something will go a long

it’s clean, spacious and very close to stores, restaurants, cinema and not far from downtown Coos Bay

Superb

the staff were wonderful. The location and cleanliness were also great.

I didn’t like that there isn’t an elevator. Not a good thing for people with mobility assistance. I also thought that the heating n air conditioning unit was very loud and old.

My sister had her service dog with her and our room led right out to a nice little yard which was perfect for her.

Always awesome

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The courtyard in front of our room was perfect for letting our little dog chase her ball. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was as always very helpful and so nice. This was our second time staying here and will always return as long as they keep up the clean, friendly service.

Not having customers clean up behind their pets. Was a lot of poop that the customer should have cleaned up. Since they didn't, they should have been charged for it.

Good location, and comfortable and spacious room. I like that there's a jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.

I didn't have anything negative to say. We only stayed for one night.

We had not planned on staying overnight, but this worked out fine.

They did not have any pet friendly rooms available, but let us stay with our dog anyway. They were very accommodating. They should, however, have the pet charge on their website. Our trip was impromptu. We paid more that we had wanted to, but there were a lot of no vacancies in the area.

The light at the table flickered, so we didn't use it. I let management know when I checked out. The other thing was the other neighbors would slam their door and upset our dog, but that isn't the motel's fault. People can generally be inconsiderate when not at home.

Fix your air conditioning. That was the only issue we had. It didn’t really work at all & we had to leave the windows open.

This wasn't an overly enjoyable stay but for the money , I expected more

The man at reception was very pleasant, and checked us in quickly, he was professional and told us about the amenities, and check out time etc. Our bed was comfortable. The shower was huge and had ample hot water, which is a plus.

The carpet felt damp, and there was an odor in the room like musty mildew, the door jam around the bathroom door had water damage to it, which explained the carpet being damp. the door jam around the main entrance to the room looked like it had been kicked in at one point, and this particular side of the building is on the main route for the ambulances, as we heard several of them go by during our stay.
