Pool closed with no warning. Running toilet. Room smelled like smoke. Management insists on putting us on first floor room next to busy entrance EACH visit a year apart. Doesn’t ask just hey here is a terrible room. Tv stopped working. Noisy. Running toilet. Real shame used to be a nice stop.

The room was very spacious

The bathroom was so small, the beds were very uncomfortable, very limited tv channels to watch. Breakfast ends too damn early and no room service, ie fresh towels,bed made.

The pool was underwhelming and the hot tub wasn’t working. The hotel ran out of sugar, how does that happen? While friendly, the staff wasn’t helpful with local information.

Everything was great. The mattress was soft - I prefer more firm.

The staff was rude and under prepared to work a hotel by himself. He was not accommodating and unwilling to troubleshoot issues. I sent a complaint to corporate, and they have provided insurance that the issue of poor hospitality will be resolved.

Good spacious rooms and clean. Breakfast provided was the usual but could have been better arranged. Many guests crowded around the waffle machine which did not give others a chance to get one. Coffee and juice machines were good.

The bathroom was very small with no ventilation. The other guests were very loud and we could hear the guests above our room crossing their rooms all night long. Also, the guests in the room next to ours were also arguing in the middle of the night and the staff could do nothing to quieten them.
