Bugs all through my room. Staff said normal this time of year

Breakfast was to be served 6am until 8 or 9. By 6:15 no food available. Front desk and another employee in back room chatting.

Lobby to have coffee and tea 24/7. From 4am until 530 am no coffee. Again front desk employee walking tge grounds.

Good value

It was a great value for travelers looking for a place to spend a night. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff on both check in and check out were very friendly and welcoming.

The property could use a bit of updating

Pleasant

Jacuzzi tub was nice!

Room was older and air conditioner rattled all night. Wi-fi service was spotty and kept disconnecting.

Other than the pool everything and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful

Everything was good and the ladies were very nice

Just a little unhappy with pool my mom wanted to go in but it was too slippery and felt like sand on the bottom she is 81 so I thought it best she didn’t go in

We enjoy our stays there but would be more satisfied if the rooms were cleaner.

The breakfast was very good. Well stocked and kept full. The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms could be cleaner. The bathtub had a brown ring in it. Needed to be scrubbed and the carpet could have used a vacuuming.

It was ok but I feel like it could have been better for $80 +

Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfy.

Breakfast could have been hotter. The pool looked dirty. You couldnt see the bottom. The whirlpool bath in our room did not work.

Disappointed!!!

Scott at the desk was very helpful. Tara in the breakfast room was great.

We booked a smoke free room. The hallway and room smelled of smoke and there was a pack of cigarettes in the room. The sofa was full of dog hair which we didn't see until my wife had already laid her coat"black" on it and it was covered. Took it to the desk and told Scott. He said he would notify the General manager. All he could do was give us a sheet to cover the sofa. I felt that more should have been done. He said because we paid online he couldn't do anything.

OK for the price, needs an update

Huge tub, very friendly staff.

Definite and obvious wear on some pieces (cracked back splash, peeling wallpaper in one corner), a ring of dirt on the outside of the tub, where cleaning staff had not cleaned under an ornamental lip

Morning manager is an Angel😇

Manager has went above and beyond to make me satisfied here. Can't wait to come back! I really appreciated her help.

No dislikes really. Manager in the morning is a sweetheart!

clean, affordable and great location

clean and close to I-80 and plenty of places to eat and a Walmart to shop near by. staff member Terra in the AM made sure the dining area was clean and stocked and took care of the front desk well. she multi-tasked very well.

The side doors should be locked during the day, for safety, anyone can come in and doors locked can be opened with key cards. many small kids at the hotel, just would feel safer.

The beds were comfy

The ways the front desk lady treated my boyfriend and our daughter upon checking in. And the pool was green/brown and what looked to be Semen floating in the water

Everything was fine overall, good enough for a wary traveler.

All of the staff were kind and friendly. The room was large and the bed had a good amount of pillows. Coffee was available 24 hours. If, I'm ever passing through Pennsylvania again, I won't hesitate to stay at Quality Inn.

Breakfast did not seem to be available the morning of my stay. I didn't inquire about it, as I was in a hurry to check out and get to my destination. Breakfast was advertised upon check-in. I could definitely hear the people in the room next door to me. The TV didn't work and lastly the lighting in the bathroom is horrendous.

Passable

The pool water was green it smelled of algae. The bottom of the pool was slippery. We had a jetted tub in our room as soon as we turned it on a bunch of dirt and grim came out
