Their staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are clean just like the entire facility and everything is working correctly. The area is safe, it's quiet and close to restaurants. There's plenty of parking.

It was close to were I needed to be

The first room I was given was not cleaned or prepared after the previous guest left. The second room had a broken TV that the staff could not fix. The pool that is advertised was not available due to failed inspections so the kids could not use it. The elevator broke down and the ice machine did not work

Nothing. We didn’t end up staying.

We didn’t end up staying and got refunded. The room smelled like cat urine. The box spring cover was missing on one bed and torn on the other and had cat hair stuck to it. The sheets and towels and bathroom appeared white and clean. Both beds sagged very bad. The couch had stains all over it. I pulled the filters on the a/c units and they were completely clogged. We just couldn’t stomach staying there. The girl up front was nice and refunded us with no problems.

Room wreaked of cigarette smoke; called front desk to report and as I was talking, my boyfriend was yelling in background (because he overheard girl saying I had to call Priceline for refund)so she desk hung up on ME. Decided to go speak in person and (same girl at front desk who checked us in; who was nice all of a sudden now was very rude and ghetto and just hung up on me)is still yelling at me!!but I’m speaking to her with respect, she was very rude to the company I was with, threatened to call police, although I talked nice and apologized for my company and explained to her that she misconstrued words she overheard on the phone. Manager arrived back at hotel and was more professional and handled situation; refund given.

No food. Chewed up furniture in room. Noisy. Lights shining in window. Curtains didn't shut. Smelled like urine. Lumpy bed
