Cutest Clemson Hotel

Location is great!! Very clean hotel! I love all the Clemson decor! Very friendly staff. Great breakfast!

It was smooth and comfortable stay

I needed 5 rooms last minute and thankfully they had them available. The person at the front desk was nice and worked with me.

The bathroom in room 208 was broken. The shower had a piece chipped in the shower floor.

Very pleasing stay. Only issue with handicapped bathroom.

All staff was friendly, & helpful. Very clean rooms that smelled good. Best breakfast/eating area I had ever seen. Good variety of.food.

Mainly the shower in handicapped room. Shower floor very slippery. I'm physically disabled in wheelchair, & use crutches. Shower bench was too far from bench to reach. Daughter had to put on Shower. Water wouldn't reach all the way to me. When adjusted,.still didn't cover me. I'm very short, & bench was a little high up where feet couldn't reach floor. Only thing I would add to breakfast would be Stevia or Splenda for sweetners, & maybe eggs.

I NEED MY BACK WHAT THEY OWE ME

I didn’t like fact I pay for my room on booking.com when I got her lastnite Emily ask for my credit card again said she had do $25.00 deposit when I got to my room I check my account she took another$114.25 from my account I call to tell her that I already paid for my room on booking.com she told me she will fix it. I went downstairs this morning the guy @ desk told me she fix problem it will be 3/5days before it goes back til my account it should not take that long she took it off she could put right back on same nite. Also I stay her on July 12 2023 didn’t not get my $25.00 deposit back

I liked that there was a Keurig, fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were appropriately but not overly friendly

The room felt humid no matter what the temperature was set to and the a/c unit was very loud.

The location and price was right, but the cleaning products or air freshener was pungent.

The location was great, the check in clerk was friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

The decor was not professionally done and the colors were jarring...orange, purple, grey, black and aqua turquoise? The lighting in the room was too bright, not peaceful and calming as you would expect for a bedroom. Also, either the cleaning products used had a strong perfume smell or there was an air freshener that was super strong...either way we almost left because the chemicals were overwhelming.

Great location for a visit to Clemson University

The breakfast was typical for a less expensive hotel. The room was smaller but the design was appealing and very functional. The whole hotel is done in Clemson University colors and decorations which I really enjoyed. The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Even though the hotel had been obviously redone in the last few years, there were already signs of some wear and tear on the property that needs to be addressed
