Breakfast was good though.
Staff was great.
The hotel must be the kind that people can rent out by the month. I had three rooms and the tvs in every room didn't work properly.

It was conveniently located near Denny Sanford Center and cheap enough.
Front desk person told us about how he was going to let other hotel patrons party in the pool after pool close so it may be loud. Seems incredibly unprofessional. We didn't have any issues, but we were on the other side of the hotel. Bathroom door in our room was pushed way into the wall and stuck open.

It was okay.
Room was easy to reach from a back door. Food for breakfast was good.
Building was old and some additional maintenance is needed. Carpet felt damp.

Other than the black mold, it was excellent!
The front desk person was exceptional! The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and comfortable!
There was black mold in the shower grout.
