Convenient, but not my first choice.

Convenient location right beside the interstate.

The hallways were a little tight and the elevator was a tad bit slow. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, but it was Bonnaroo weekend so they were probably just frustrated with everything surrounding that.

Almost a perfect score!

I loved the cleanliness and smell when you first walk in the door! Very inviting! The staff was nice and everything looked very clean. Would recommend to others!

I dropped down a point only because the microwave had a horrible smell. Not sure what the last people heated up in it but was not pleasant at all. 😕 Made my boiled water have the same taste to it.🤢🤮 If the microwave was good would have given a 10!

Not happy at all

Location was good. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Hotel charged my card before I got there and that's not what it says on Booking.com. Says you will pay at property. Got there and wanted to change cards the staff took the new card and still charged it to the same card. I have never stayed at a property where they charge your card before you get there and I've been all the way around the world. I don't recommend this property front staff needs more training. Hotel needs to change there payment method to say you will be charged before you get there per owner of hotel this is there policy. I will never stay here again and will tell my family not to book here.

Could use a little TLC.

Upscale facility and rooms was nice and mostly clean.

Beds was extremely hard. Bathroom was little dirty and cabinets was loose. Pool was closed. Cash only for any snack items. Remote was extremely difficult to use and the tv sound was extremely low

Not much.

The elevator was broken. There was a $100 fee sprung on me without being informed before booking. The breakfast was mediocre and unacceptable for such a large hotel. The noise levels are ridiculous. You can hear everything. The pillows were toddler travel size pillows for a king size bed.

The staff, the room and cleanliness.

While the bed wasn't as high as some these days in hotels/motels, it was still a challenge for me, a very short, elderly person.

Terrible smell, poor check in policies, loud

location to the highway. the front desk staff were friendly.

I was running late to arrive due to severe storms and at 7 pm the front desk called me to say they had to run my credit card on file to check me in, even though I would not be there to check in for at least a few more hours. Once I arrived to check in, I was charged another $100 as a deposit. I was told this was just to ensure I would not smoke in the room. Nowhere in the booking information was a $100 deposit indicated as necessary. But I just traveled through tornado warning areas, so I paid it. My family gets to the room and it stinks terribly, like a horrible burnt rubber/burnt tire smell. The hotel is packed and we just want to sleep. Our door doesn’t close flush, so noise from the hall is extremely prevalent. This hotel was terribly noisy. It was full of teams with kids running around all night. This is not the hotel’s fault…just a warning. I am sure the location and price attract a lot of teams staying there. They do offer a continental breakfast, which was fair to poor as far as quality goes. Overall, subpar accommodations for the price.

Location good, staff very friendly, breakfast decent. Very clean.

The shears slide but the curtains are set in place so you cannot block the light from the street and parking lot. Woke up the next morning to a chilly room and realized the heater didn't work.
