Great place for a stay on the way to the Smokies.

Breakfast was okay. There was not a lot of choices. Coffee was great! Location excellent. Many restaurants to choose from although we went near the town center to eat.

The bathroom needed a little TLC and the furniture by the couch was pretty beat up.

Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices but no breakfast meat!

I would’ve liked the price to have been a little lower. It would have been nice to have had some bacon or sausage to go with our eggs.

Overall decent experience.

Good location and convenient for travellers.

Carpet/floor was filthy and sticky, one cannot walk with bare feet.

Did not stay at the property.

We had a confirmed reservation for handicap accessible room. Upon arrival we were informed they had no handicap accessible room and said the reservation was not for a handicap accessible but the printed reservation plainly says handicap accessible room. We were forced to find other accommodations at another hotel. I am expecting a full refund to my credit card since we were unable to stay at this property. Please advise when I can expect my refund.

Very good

Comfortable mattress and pillows, very clean, friendly front desk staff, good breakfast choices

Do not allow staff to take smoke breaks at the entrance of the hotel, unappealing in general, did not like walking through them and the cigarettes smoke and cigarette butts ALL over the ground, especially with my 4 yr old grandson. Was given a room right next to the elevator upon check in, elevator is very loud, requested another room and was given a great room.

Close to restaurants and the family we were visiting.

Staff were never at the desk at night, and no vending machines. Only option was to pay 2.50 per soda at the front desk. Also, the room was a bit humid feeling even with ac on.

It was a clean aging hotel with pleasant staff and complementary breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was average, no protein (sausage, bacon etc…) was served but the rest was ok. Facility was starting to show its age but every where I went was clean and functional.

I paid extra just so my daughter could swim and we get there and the pool was down for maintenance!

Exceptional

The bed was extremely comfortable. The cost for the room was affordable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in a hotel. Lots of choices.

everything was out of order very disappointing

it was conveniently located to where I needed to be

EVERYTHING was out of order. the pool, the ice machine, the coffee machine at breakfast the juice machine at breakfast. our whole reason booking this motel was for the indoor pool and we didn’t even get to use it!!!

Good place to stay.

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was quiet.

The juice machine at breakfast was broken. The heating system in the room was a bit noisy.

only one ice machine and it was one the first floor. the bed was so uncomfortable and there was hair on the bathroom floor

Clean and friendly

Pool pump broken and not available. Coffee and juice dispensers didn't work. Manager left paper under door explaining they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms but would answer questions between 7am to 3pm. Didn't even work through check in when people would have questions.

This hotel does not match the website reviews or photos. Would NEVER stay here!

I liked how convenient the hotel was in proximity to the interstate. The lady working the front desk was very nice.

We arrived 30 minutes after the posted check-in time and our room was still not ready. When we finally did get to our room it was not what we expected based off of the website pictures. Dirty carpet, disgusting bathroom etc. The hall way was in desperate need of a vacuum. Was told we would get a refund because we decided not to stay but that never happened. Pool was also cloudy and the pool deck was nasty and there were no lights.

Room issues, didn't stay.

I was released from my reservation after visiting two rooms that didn't work out for me.

I walked away from my stay. My initial room was next to the motel washer / dryer and I could hear it through the walls. I asked for another room. The second room smelled strongly of industrial room and my eyes watered. I asked to be released from my reservation, and the clerk agreed- that was the best part of the quick visit. I didn't stay, but there was a charge processed against my card. I understand it may take a week for that charge to drop, but in the meantime, it puts a hold on my card, and I had to request more funds from my company. Not so happy.

there was food left in the fridge and trash in the trash can. The manger never returned my call I went to the front desk they didn’t help me either. I paid 140 for the room I expected it to be clean but it wasn’t.

this could have been a very good stay however the mugginess and damp smell in our room (which made the carpet and sofa f

hotel was very accommodating and our room was ready for us 2 hours before normal check in. Complimentary breakfast variety was very good and staff friendly. Bed was super comfortable and very good shower water pressure.

we stayed on the second floor and even though the air conditioning was running, it was always very muggy in our room and smelled musty. Not sure if it’s always like this or if they were having air conditioning issues as we did report two water leaks we saw from hall ceiling and around window.
