Location was perfect for our purpose in Knoxville. Bed was wonderful.

Pool didn't seem very clean the first night, but was OK the next day. May have been the lighting.

It was very busy, so there was a long line for the waffle maker. There was no bacon or sausage.

Our room was right by the expressway, so it was very loud all throughout the night.

The only thing I didnt care for was the breakfast. Other than clean, spacious room, and friendly staff all, except 1 night shift guy, at check out, during the week was rude to guests son about getting a bottled water. On the upside the gentleman, whose name I dont remember, was awesome. I was staying to be able to find housing, and he gave me lots of help! I really appreciated that.

Had to beg for clean towels. We stayed multiple days and since they do not clean the room we ran out of clean towels. The lady at the front desk on the evening shift lectured me that if I need towels I would need to let the day shift know because she is by herself and does not have many to give. Desk was missing a drawer. And door has an gap all the way around it

The staff was nice and polite. They kept the breakfast filled for the guests. It was very crowded and they worked hard each morning.

The door to the room was loose and had to be pulled to lock. The bathroom door was pealing because of the shower getting it wet throughout the years. The room did not smell fresh. When we returned from dinner the hallway smelled like marijuana and it became so strong that it came into our room because the door was so loose. The shower drained so slow I had to wait about 30 minutes after my wife finished before I could use it because it totally filled up. The staff was very nice nice but the facilities were old and not maintained through the years.
