3mployee Cory was very professional and nice

The owner !!! My husband had to use restroom and was given permission to use one across street as we were checking in. The owner assumed he was a bum off the street and threatened to call cops if he came on property. Pool was still covered which is way past memorial day so it should ve been open cuz its the attraction on the advertisement as to why we chose to stay . The television in my family's room didn't work and owner refused to switch rooms claiming they were booked full. My husband and I were forced to leave property because of the altercation between owner and I cuz he would not reason with any of us . I told him I felt he was blantly racist. So no WE will never be back to this property again!

Will never stay again!

The breakfast was decent.

There were roaches and we have pictures to prove it. There were stains all over the carpet; with pictures to prove it also. It looked like they was no effort to make sure this room was clean. For 2 days over 200.00 price, for the quality of this place, we spent way too much money.

Good location. Clean rooms.

Some of the other customers were sketchy & hung around outside.

I wish I could do a negative 10 for the rating. it’s a very trashy place and nasty place. drug heads walk around all night and day. if u have a nice vehicle you are going to be in trouble. please take my advice and don’t stay there.

Do not I repeat do not stay at this hotel they are infested with roaches and bed bugs I checked out after 3 hrs and slept in my car

I liked the Holiday Inn Express across the street.

Don't do it!!!

We picked this place for the price. We are a large family and 2 rooms for 7 days of our road trip really add up quickly. There was one male manager that was nice...

The savings were not worth it! This place was DISGUSTING!! I am pretty easy going but there we stains on sheets and towels, black foot prints in tub, black fingerprints on vanity area, hair and dirt all over bathroom floor, food was left in the microwave!! It was also just worn down and rusty. I thought the toilet paper holder was going to fall off. One member of our group found a condom in her bed. She got a refund and paid double to stay at holiday Inn across the street. The pool is also closed and has been since covid they said.

The male receptionist was friendly.

Crazy as this may sound, enjoyed taken a nice hot shower.

Hand towels and bedding seemed a bit dingy.

Believe I will try my luck somewhere else next time.

I would have enjoyed the stay better if it had really been a “non-smoking” room and there hadn’t have been a family of spiders in the bathroom floor when I had to go there at 1:30 in the morning. I am not especially scared of spiders but the fact that the clerk didn’t seem too surprised was just as alarming. But he did say he would “have someone look into it” when they came in to work.

Emergency booking

The room was comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly. It was an emergency booking due to a Tornado warning and I was working away from home.

The breakfast was okay. Not much of a selection.

microwave was shooting sparks when trying to use. Air conditioning was plugged in but did not work at all. Room smelled of mold. Left property to stay somewhere else instead.
