The WORST STAY EVER

Convenient location

Had issues opening the door, one of the lights did not work, the room was EXTREMELY HIT, and the AC barely worked, it took about 3 hours to finally cool down, even after cold showers, and there were stains which appeared to be BLOOD splatter in the door. I ended up leaving the room at 5/6 a.m. NEVER AGAIN!!

It may have been covered in filth, but it was available. Great staff.

The overnight staff was friendly and helpful. They were kind, considerate, and helpful, explaining the entire check in/check out process. The bed was also comfortable.

I spent an hour cleaning the room myself (I’m glad I travel with cleaning supplies). The room was very “run down”. The side tables were chewed up, and covered in dust and hair. The bathroom was so filthy, which was the most uncomfortable part. The mirror was covered in splatter. The counter looked as if it hadn’t been touched. The tub and toilet were almost unusable, and I spent an good amount of time sanitizing them.

The female night staff was very helpful.

There was no breakfast and the manager was extremely rude and tried the charge me extra then what the site says . The manager also cancelled my reservation so I didn't get the price that I set the reservation for.

Economical stay for overnight visit in good location

Simple economical place for a one night stay while visiting for an event. Did the job for what I needed. Good location; not too far from destinations.

Room was sparse with need for some minor repairs. Had some cleaning issues like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, shower not fully cleaned between guests (hair and product residue on walls), and stuff that needed to be cleaned off the door separating the toilet from the sink. Pool looked clean except for guests that left beer cans on the ground even though there's a trash can available. Some standard accommodations not provided like shampoo, conditioner, drinking cups, and ice bucket.

There was no indication of a deposit on the total price. So when I got there the price was different. Also staff told me deposit will be in 24 hours and has not. He lied.
