Disappointed in the customer service.

Location

Had this hotel room booked for over a year for 5 people. The couch bed had no linens or pillows for sleeping- when I called down to the front desk i was told we would need to come down to get the linens and they didn’t have any pillows. After a stressful 9 hour drive from Oklahoma- I can tell you this was NOT what I wanted to hear- not should I ever have to come down to get anything that should have already been supplied- especially for 487.00 for one night!!

I would not stay again.

The room was large.

We arrived at 1.30pm and were advised the room was ready however check-in wasn't until 3pm. They then advised that if we wanted to pay additional fees, they could check us in now. We opted to wait the 1.5 hours. Additionally, the hotel advertises a shuttle service to the cruise terminal, however when I asked, they advised it comes at a cost of $25 USD per person. When I pointed out that taking an Uber would be more economical as it would be less than $25 for two of us, they didn't offer much of a response beyond a shrug.

We love that the property is right by the beach and also by stores.

The lay out was a little different than the last time we had been there. Also didn't like the connecting door and I didn't know the occupants next door.

Front desk doesn't communicate to well with one another

Location was great. Room was clean

Requested early check-in at the time of booking, was told my request for that time was approved with the property but on arrival was rudely told she didn't care what arrangements we made we could not check-in early, then at the normal check-in time we were told they lost $35 because we didn't check-in early even though we were turned away early.

Definitely not recommend this hotel.

Few staffs were very nice but others seemed to be in bad mood all the time.

It wasn’t cleaned, including the day we asked to clean our room, they just didn’t. Swimming pool was green due to lack of cleaning. Breakfast was until 9AM but after 8:30 they stop to replace and missing several items. Manager was there but not proactively act. Distant from main interest point in the city.

Was not impressed have stayed at other locations and loved it.

The location was close to the beach and convenient. Always had parking.

The room was dirty and not updated at all. Many problems with the room we were given. The wash rags were stained/ dirty and the room smelled nasty.

Location.

Not clean. Air condition didn't work and had to switch rooms. No parking spots on day of arrival Many inconveniences Breakfast was barely edible. Front desk not very welcoming

Asked for a refund and changed hotels.

inexpensive compared to neighboring hotels

multiple issues in my room—moldy shower curtain, quite a bit of broken tile grout on the bathroom floor, wonky refrigerator, and broken scuffed furniture.

Loved that it was close to the water. And loved that it was down and not in the busy part of the seawall. Older hotel but still a great value. Loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the water.

it wasn't horrible but I will not likely stay there again.

the hot tub in the room worked but unable to adjust the flow of the jets.

old and lots of cracks in crown moulding and near tub ... not much space to put things in bathroom... no closet ... only one trash can and food for breakfast was awful.

I was with family and everyone had issues from doors not working to cockroaches and running out of breakfast items

it was a decent value

didn’t have towels in my room ran out of milk for breakfast coffee in my room was decaf only the door in the bathroom had rust on it

close to everything

noticed alot of stains on the bedding and hair on the pillow cases . tried removing the pillow cases to request new ones saw even more stains on the pillows it self

enjoyed the stay theater right across the street so i saw a good movie...

breakfast was ok ... cleanliness and the smell was awesome

staff tried to enter my room with their cards whike i was in the room .. twice... i had issue with heater and maintenance man knocked and as i approached and asked who it was .. he tried using his card to enter my room bt i had bar across the door.. i did ask him to never try entering my room while im in there and i had a do not disturb card on my door... he was checking on me to see how heater was working bt that still gave him no right to try and enter my room.. i spoke to general manager and she offered a sincere apology.. i was frightened and didnt want to continue my stay but i did...

It was OK, would check for other places before ever coming back to this one.

Housekeepers were nice.

The staff at the front desk were very unhelpful. Didn't answer the phone and couldn't answer several questions.

the front desk gal-I believe Shelia- was SO kind and welcoming! she assisted with transport to cruise terminal and was very kind. loved her attitude and willingness to assist. also appreciate the parking and shuttle service.
